Hello everyone, I am Wang Yangxin, and today I want to talk to you about a very important topic, that is, Wuxin and Wuxian. Do you know what Wuxin and Wuwu mean? Do you know what effect they have on our bodies? If you don't know yet, then come with me to learn!
First of all, we need to understand that Wuxin and Wuxian are a concept in our traditional regimen, which refers to five spicy foods and five types of meat foods. Specifically, Wuxin refers to garlic, shallots, leeks, ginger, and mustard, and Wuxin refers to pork, beef, mutton, chicken, and fish. These foods are considered irritating and hot in traditional regimens, and if eaten in excess or inappropriately, they can lead to imbalances in the body's qi and blood, causing various diseases and discomforts.
So, how should we eat five spices and five meats? Actually, it depends on our constitution and the season. Generally speaking, Wuxin and Wuxian are warm foods, suitable for consumption in winter or cold weather, which can increase the body's yang energy and resistance, drive away cold and warm the stomach, and prevent colds and wind chills. However, in summer or hot weather, it is necessary to eat less or no meat, because this will aggravate the body's fire and moisture, causing problems such as fire, dry mouth, constipation, acne, and inflammation. Therefore, we need to adjust our eating habits according to the changes in the weather in order to achieve the purpose of balancing the body.
In addition, we also have to choose five spices and five meat according to our physique. Different physiques have different adaptability and needs for Wuxin and Wuxian. For example, if you belong to the yang deficiency constitution, that is, people with cold hands and feet, sensitivity to cold, easy fatigue, pale complexion, light tongue, weak pulse and other characteristics, then you can eat more Wuxin and Wuxian meat to increase your yang qi and blood qi and improve your symptoms of deficiency and cold. However, if you belong to the yin deficiency constitution, that is, a person with hot hands and feet, dry mouth and throat, irritability, red face, red tongue, pulse count, etc., then you should eat less or no five spices and five meats, because this will exacerbate your fire and heat, and harm your yin and jin fluids. Therefore, we must choose foods that suit us according to our physique in order to maintain the health and beauty of our bodies.
In short, Wuxin and Wuxian are common foods in our daily life, and they have their own effects and functions, but they also have their own taboos and precautions. We need to arrange our diet reasonably according to the season and physique, so that we can eat healthy and beautiful.
