Take the Internet as an example, there used to be a lot of bubbles, and there were always companies that could run out. Now not to mention the creation of new management positions, the existing grass-roots positions are frantically compressed, unemployment is a matter of minutes, and being able to receive a salary is a great grace.

As I said yesterday, ordinary people don't have to be anxious about the development of AI. With the current level of AI, it can only help in the profession, and it can also reach the level of subverting a class of professions and a class of industries.

But what about ten years from now?

It is foreseeable that many industries will be changed.

Rushing to start a business, sticking out your head is a knife, but it produces fear, and I am afraid that I will not dare to play anymore in this life.

So, many people are facing a dilemma.

Unclear about the way out of their future.

There are many problems here, such as unclear self-awareness, unclear development path, unclear about what you want in the future, lack of self-learning ability, and mentality problems, such as laziness, low eyesight, impatience, and inner drama.

What kind of business is this?

In my opinion, it must be a business that revolves around the core competitiveness of individuals.

There are two modes of making money on the Internet.

One is the chance model.

Those who pursue the opportunity mode are wave riders, and they expect to step on the top of the wave every time. Just like the squiggly line in the image above.

Chance mode is hard and tiring.

It is difficult to step on the cusp every time, which requires strong business judgment and execution. When the opportunity comes, there are often few peers on the market, there is no reference standard, and only by going out to fight the unknown can you maximize the return. Making decisions in unknown situations, and daring to be all in, is an anti-human thing in itself, most people are willing to pursue certainty, and they dare not rush when they don't understand things.

Tired of the lack of compound interest effect, as soon as the platform rules change, we have to chase new outlets, and the previous accumulation is equal to zero.

Therefore, if you want to amplify the benefits of this mode of play, you will inevitably embark on the road of training.

The other is the value model.

The value model pays more attention to oneself and what kind of services one can provide to a certain group of people. The opportunity model and value model are like the best technology flow and value stream. One is speculation and the other is investment. Both have successes and failures.

And who is easier?

I think it's the value model.

Because under the general trend of economic downturn, opportunities are relatively few and short-lived. Most people also don't have business acumen and the ability to chase the wind, so it's better to start from yourself and use first principles to find your own value realization model.

1. Reconstruct your own value

For example, a large number of people from Alibaba and Tencent can't find jobs, can you say that they don't have professional ability?

They have professional competence but are too dependent on one platform. If you can't find a platform, you can't give full play to your own value and find a way to realize your value.

This has the ability, but it does not have the core competitiveness.

In the next 10 years, your title and reputation will be worthless.

Another example is to do self-**, 10 years ago, 5 years ago, Douyin, and now I do **, from text to **, I can make a hit, behind which is the ability to create content. And this ability is universal.

If you can only typeset and increase the number of basic things, then *** declines, and you will be worthless.

The real value is the ability to go through the cycle, such as communication, information mining, etc.

2. Have your own business model and operate yourself as a company.

When all bosses start a business, they will design the company model to run without anyone. Relying on the platform will bring great risks to yourself, and you must weaken its impact.

For a personal business model, you must face the customer directly, and there is no middleman to make the difference.

Don't look down on these new words, the popularity of new words also proves that this is a big trend.

In the past, I was dismissive of new words, and when the term private domain became popular in 18 years, I also ridiculed that it was not just to import users into WeChat to operate and convert. But who would have thought that now that the private domain has become the standard for operation, Luckin can live another life by relying on the private domain.

In the future, individuals will also be the standard for many people's life breakthroughs.

This direction is also what I focus on exploring and practicing, but it is worth doing business for a lifetime.
