According to the announcement, the plot is east to the red line of the road on the west side of Taihu Street, and north to the green line on the south side of Yingbin Road, with a land area of 338325 square meters, the floor area ratio is not more than 20, the commercial proportion is 100%, the transfer period is 40 years, and the starting price is 3490 yuan per square meter of building. The parcel has a building height limit of 50 metres. 
In the end, Agricultural Bank of China Shenyang Branch won the bid for the land, and the bidding price was 3490 yuan for the construction square meter, and the total transaction price was 236150,000 yuan.
