The Ministry of Natural Resources, in cooperation with the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance, has formed a list of projects for the construction of a comprehensive prevention and control system for geological disasters and a comprehensive prevention and control system for marine disasters, involving a total of 1,675 projects and arranging 38.8 billion yuan of national debt funds. First, the construction project of the comprehensive prevention and control system of geological disasters involves 1,663 projects, and 31.8 billion yuan of national debt funds have been arranged. Second, there are 12 projects for the construction of a comprehensive marine disaster prevention and control system, and 7 billion yuan of treasury bonds have been arranged.
