MWC2024, one of the world's most important technology exhibitions, will be held in Barcelona, Spain, from February 26 to 29, where Lenovo Group will unveil its latest portfolio of AI devices and infrastructure and solutions, as well as showcase two new concept products that challenge the traditional form factor of personal computers and smartphones.
At CES2024, Lenovo unveiled its first AI PC, bringing the technology to the ThinkBook, ThinkPad, Yoga, Legion, and ThinkCentre PC portfolios. Adhering to the vision of "AI for All", Lenovo Group will launch a number of new AI PC and edge computing solutions at MWC, accelerating the technology to become mainstream in 2024 and 2025, and the trend of hybrid AI will stimulate the demand for AI PCs and AI phones, and drive a new industry renewal cycle.
Lenovo's AI PCs are designed to support artificial intelligence and are designed to perform tasks such as reasoning, problem-solving, and learning. What's more, they connect users to their devices, resulting in smarter, more customized user experiences. With more computing power and more storage, large language models (LLMs) can easily run on devices instead of in the cloud. Over time, these models adapt and learn from the user's preferences and habits, and are better able to serve the user, providing a more personalized experience while protecting privacy.
In addition, Lenovo plans to launch a variety of next-generation telecom infrastructure solutions to help enterprises leverage large amounts of data at the remote end for transformative AI applications at scale, while reducing the energy consumption of cloud services. As the telecommunications industry continues to evolve and integrate into the digital economy, Lenovo's edge AI computing solutions are creating new AI experiences on the city streets of Barcelona and Madrid, Spain, such as using analytics and computer vision to identify smoke and fires, improve emergency response times, and support public safety.
At the Tech World event in October 2023, Lenovo unveiled its AI for All vision, showcasing how it can unleash the power of AI to drive intelligent transformation in every aspect of people's lives and across industries, and pledged to invest $1 billion in AI innovation.
In addition, at MWC, Lenovo will also publicly display two new concept products for the first time. The world's first Motorola's smart (auto)variable flexible screen concept uses an FHD+ Poled display that can be bent and shaped into different shapes according to the user's needs. At the same time, the world's first innovative laptop form factor concept will be showcased.
