The Spring Festival is approaching, and some words to be especially careful may really be very spiri

In the treasure house of Chinese culture, there is a philosophical idiom - "one word becomes a prophecy".

This idiom vividly depicts a peculiar phenomenon: the words spoken by people inadvertently, as if quietly written down by the god of fate, are then dramatically reflected in real life as a kind of shocking fulfillment.

However, life always seems to have a subtle irony, and often good wishes are difficult to come true immediately, while those unintentional negative words seem to have magic power and are easier to turn into reality.

Therefore, in the profound wisdom of Buddhism, it is particularly emphasized that we should carefully protect our oral karma, accumulate virtue with words, and pave a broader path for ourselves.

The end of the year is approaching, and the year is in sight, at this moment, we should be more vigilant in words and deeds, and be cautious in words and deeds. We must control our words, and do not let some unintentional gossip turn into bitter prophecies for future life, thus affecting the trajectory of our destiny.

Talking nonsense is easy to get into trouble

In the wisdom of Buddhism, there is a concept called "mental power", which implies that every thought of human beings contains a force that invisibly shapes our lives and has a profound impact.

Similarly, the power of language should not be underestimated. The door of the tongue is like a floodgate of blessing and misfortune, and if you are not careful with your words, it may become the source of disaster.

Back five years ago, a heart-wrenching tragedy occurred in a supermarket in Thailand: a father and son were emotionally heated by an argument, and the angry father blurted out in anger: "If you have a seed, die!" ”

This sentence was like a sharp sword, and it pierced his son's heart deeply. The result was shocking, the son ended his life with a pistol, leaving his parents with endless grief and remorse.

There is an old adage: "It is better to eat too much than to be excessive." This is a profound warning about the power of language – life and death, good and evil, are often decided in a single word.

If you are quick to speak for a while, you will eventually reap the consequences; Complaining about her husband's poverty may make him more depressed. scolding his wife for being trivial, she may really become chattering; Belittle the child's stupidity, and the child may really lose confidence and enterprising ......

What is particularly striking is that many of the misfortunes in our lives often stem from our own inappropriate words. Trouble begins with the tongue, but happiness is restrained by the word. Oral karma is like a mountain, the cycle of cause and effect, and it is true.

Therefore, let us remember that by saying less excessive words, we are building up a deep foundation for future blessings.

If you're unlucky, it will work

In the field of psychology, there is a well-known phenomenon: the more you are afraid of something, the more likely it seems to turn into reality, which is what we often call Murphy's Law.

Life is like a powerful magnetic field, your inner energy will attract the corresponding destiny, and your words are like a magnet, guiding the future cause and effect trajectory.

The frequent recurrence of negative words often leads to unfortunate events. Pu Yi, the last emperor of the Qing Dynasty, recorded a vivid episode in his autobiography "The First Half of My Life": when he was only three years old and held the enthronement ceremony, he wept incessantly because of fear and anxiety, and repeatedly shouted: "I want to go home!" Despite his father's regent's best efforts to appease him, he was unable to calm his emotions.

In the end, the regent reluctantly used "almost over, almost over" to coax him, which was originally out of comfort, but in the Manchu Dynasty, it became a bad omen, casting a sad and solemn shadow on this supposed solemn and festive ceremony. Sure enough, just three years later, Pu Yi abdicated, and the Qing Dynasty came to an end.

Living in this world, some words, silence may be worth a thousand words. If a person is always open-mouthed, he will inevitably encounter disaster at some point in the future. **The famous poet Xu Zhimo once paid the price of his life for a casual remark.

At that time, a friend learned that Xu Zhimo would return to Shanghai by plane, and reminded with concern: "Be careful, it is not absolutely safe to travel by plane." However, Xu Zhimo didn't care about this, and even jokingly said: "If I die in a plane crash, you must write an elegy for me." ”

What is sad is that the next day's prophecy came true, and a plane crash caused a generation of talented Xu Zhimo to die young.

Buddhism has a saying: "The mouth is the door of suffering and the beginning of calamity." This sentence warns us that the power of words is unfathomable, and that we should be careful with the choice and expression of every word.

Since ancient times, the power of words has been deeply revered. Under the wisdom of Buddhism, people are well aware of the cause and effect of words:

Evil words and malice are like a summoning, which will attract ghostly negative energy to fulfill your bad luck; Good thoughts and gentle words are like magnets to attract the favor of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to realize your beautiful vision.

When we indulge in negative and pessimistic rhetoric, misfortune creeps in as if by induction;

On the contrary, when we are full of blessings and spit lotus flowers, good things will come as promised. Words are like a mirror, reflecting our energy magnetic field.

Only by being in awe and mastering words with a prudent attitude can all the good things in the world be condensed and that they will continue to converge on you.

If you want to be healthy and your children are blessed, then you should always have positive and beautiful thoughts and warm and kind words in your mouth, so that the blessings will naturally be inspired, and all wishes will come true.

If it's too full, disaster will come to you

Guan Zhong once said: "If the bucket is full, then people will reduce it by generalization; If a man is complacent, heaven will judge him in the way of impermanence. The meaning of this saying is profound, just as when the water is full, it overflows, and if the world is overly conceited, God will balance it in its own unique way.

During the Sui Dynasty, a general who thought highly of himself and claimed to be worthy of talent often spoke arrogantly, accusing the emperor of not knowing how to use people, and showing off his great military exploits. Some people were dissatisfied with his arrogant words and deeds, so they secretly reported the matter to the emperor.

Although the emperor remembered his hard work and achievements, he only gave him a slight reprimand and did not pursue it, but this made the general mistakenly think that the emperor was afraid of him, and then became more arrogant and domineering, and even threatened that he and the prince were brothers and sisters, and the prince would inform him in advance of many important military affairs.

This statement eventually aroused the emperor's suspicions, and he soon found an excuse to kill him. When the people heard this, they all sighed that "disaster comes from the mouth".

During the Three Kingdoms period, the famous general Wei Yan was dissatisfied with Zhuge Liang's snub and provoked in front of all the soldiers: "Who dares to kill me!" ”

When he raised his head for the second time, Ma Dai came out angrily and said sharply: "I dare to kill you", and before the words fell, he was beheaded under the horse. This historical lesson once again confirms that people who are absolute in their words often have a bad fate.

The ancients said: "You can't eat to your heart's content, you can't pull your bow to the extreme, and you can't say anything to the fullest." "Words are a reflection of the mind, and destiny is shaped by itself. When you start to use "absolute" to define things, you are already in the wrong place.

The tea is poured seven points full, and the remaining three points are warm; Leave three points for your words and reserve a place for yourself and others to turn around.

Knowing the moderation of words is to create a harmonious space for oneself and others, which is the wisdom of life and the art of life.

Xia Yan, a famous literary giant, was in danger of dying, and his condition aggravated sharply. Seeing this, the secretary was eager to call the doctor to come to help: "I'll go to the doctor immediately!" ”

However, Xia Yan on the sickbed still showed excellent cultivation and realm in the midst of extreme hardship, he spoke slightly, but every word was fine, and responded: "Yes, please doctor." ”

This subtle difference in one word is like a profound philosophy, reflecting his noble personality charm and profound cultivation.

Everyone has the ability to communicate verbally; But how to sublimate language into art, so that it warms people's hearts like a spring breeze, instead of stabbing others like a sharp blade, is a profound science.

Beautiful words are like a warm spring breeze blowing in the heart, and bad words are like sharp blades cutting emotions. Your thoughts and words all reflect the trajectory of your destiny.

Remember: don't spit out inappropriate words, and kind words need to be carefully stated. As explained in Nonviolent Communication, there are four elements of communication: stating facts objectively, expressing feelings sincerely, articulating needs clearly, and seeking help with humility.

Instead of indulging in old grudges, empty complaints, or gratuitous picking. When you control your words, you are guarding your inner peace and well-being.

Buddhism wisdom often says: All effects must have a cause. Everything you do, everything you say, is the little element that builds the foundation of your blessings and misfortunes.

Uphold the kind thoughts, convey the kind words, and the joyful attitude will surely create a happy and complete life journey!

As the Chinese New Year approaches, we sincerely invite you to pay attention to it, and let us pray that all people in the world can understand this profound philosophy of life - respect for cause and effect, words and beauty, so as to enjoy a happy life.

Here, we sincerely ask you to share this wisdom and blessings, jointly inherit and carry forward the long and splendid traditional Chinese culture, and let it shine more brightly in the context of the new era!
