Later, we learned that the predecessor of our unit was the infrastructure engineering unit of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, and the main task here was to build the Wan'an hydropower station. In 1978, officers and soldiers of a certain unit of the armed police were ordered to travel thousands of miles to come here with great courage and high spirits, and began to build the Wan'an Hydropower Station to benefit the people in the old area.
