Uniview IPC Setup Alarm Front-end Recording Configuration Guide.
Uniview IPC alarm front-end recording function refers to the linkage recording storage when an alarm event occurs, and the recording file is stored on the IPC device. Install the memory card before use, configure the storage resources to the memory card, allocate the capacity, and use the linkage storage function to store alarm recordings.
Select [Configuration>gt;Storage>gt;Storage] to enter the [Storage] interface. Select Storage Resource as Memory Card and select Enable. Complete the configuration of capacity allocation and storage information according to actual needs.
There are three main storage policies, which can be selected based on the usage scenario: Manual Storage and Storage of Alarm Recordings: Enable Manual Storage and Storage of Alarm Recordings, and the device continues to record records until it is canceled.
By default, the device stores the "main stream".
Scheduled storage and storage of alarm recordings The alarm recording device stores the recordings within a specified period of time. 
Only alarm recordings are stored, that is, only configured alarm linkage recordings are stored. 
The following takes motion detection as an example, and the specific alarm function can be selected according to the actual application.
1) Enter the [Motion Detection] interface, enable the motion detection function, and complete the detection rules and parameter configuration.
2) Go to the [Linkage Mode] tab and select "**Front-end Storage".
3) Enter the [Arming Plan] interface, check "Enable Arming Plan", and configure the arming time according to actual needs.
Drawing method: Click "Arming", in the arming plan table, hold down the left mouse button to determine the starting point and duration of the drawing, and drag down to draw the arming plan. You can also click "Disarm" and select the disarm time in the color block below, and the device can be disarmed at the selected time. 
Editing method: Click "Edit" to enter the arming plan editing interface, and set the arming time period according to actual needs. Click OK to return to the [Arming Plan] screen. 
Select [Playback] on the home page, enter the [Playback] interface, select the date, select the recording type as "Alarm Recording", select the alarm type as "Motion Detection", and click "Query" to query the recordings of different time periods. Double-click the time period in the query result to record the alarm.

2.To configure the memory card, please power off first, and the memory card can be used only after installing it, and the memory card needs to be formatted for the first time.
3.On the [Linkage mode] tab, select **Front-end storage.
