On the same day, the company paid the promised first installment of wages to Yang. Yang Moumou felt the sincerity of the company and said that he would apply to the court to withdraw the lawsuit as soon as possible after the Spring Festival holiday.
On the afternoon of February 18, the first day of returning to work after the Spring Festival, Yang Moumou submitted an application for withdrawal of the lawsuit to the court as promised. The mediator called Ling again to inform him that Yang had withdrawn the lawsuit, and told the company to perform as promised to avoid being sued by Yang again.
