Hello everyone! I am Wang Yi from the office, and first of all, I would like to thank the party group and comrades of the department for giving me this opportunity to report on work and learn and exchange. I graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 1994, joined the Communist Party of China during the school, entered the provincial court in the same year as a deputy section-level clerk, in 1999 I was transferred to the Internal and Judicial Affairs Committee of the National People's Congress, successively served as the chief staff member of the Judicial Supervision Department, the deputy director of the Internal Affairs Department, and in 2006 I was transferred to the General Office as a deputy researcher. Next, I would like to give a brief report on my work in the General Office to the leaders and comrades.
1. Change roles and adapt to work as soon as possible. Working in the office for me first means a change in the nature and way of working. Therefore, from the first day I stepped into the General Office, I asked myself to strengthen my study, improve my six abilities, such as investigation and research, organization and coordination, administration according to law, contact with the masses, comprehensive writing, and information application, cultivate my spirit of study, thinking, dedication, and cooperation, and strive to improve the level and quality of work in terms of "speed, accuracy, thoroughness, and goodness." Fast means fast response, fast conception, and fast writing; Accurate, that is, to accurately grasp the leadership intention and ideological context, and maintain synchronization and tacit understanding with the leadership's understanding and thinking; Thoroughly, it means to understand the policy, understand the situation, have something to say, and provide strong guidance; It is good, that is, high intention, deep insight, accurate cut, strict logic, and fine writing.
In the handling of documents, affairs, and meetings, we have done meticulous and meticulous, thorough and thorough, coordinated more than 500 items of various requests for instructions, reviewed more than 200 documents issued in the name of the provincial ** or general office, put forward more than 600 opinions on various types of proposed actions, and successively drafted and revised more than 60 speeches and signed articles by leaders, without any mistakes and mistakes, showing strong organizational and coordination capabilities and comprehensive writing capabilities, which have been fully affirmed by leaders and relevant departments.
2. Study with an open mind and strive to improve the level of service to leaders. In my work, I insist on learning from leaders and colleagues, learn more, see more, think more, do more, accumulate more experience, accurately grasp the major decision-making and deployment of the provincial party committee and the province, and deeply think about the major problems in the work of the leaders in charge, so that there is neither a lack of position, nor offside, and a better position, from focusing on the study of "words" to focusing on the study of "things", familiar with the situation, grasp the situation, understand the foreign situation, deeply understand the profound meaning of the leader's speech and instructions, and adhere to the overall coordination and handling of the things assigned by the leader. To do research to the key points, staff to the idea, service to the decision-making, and actively in the "truth-seeking, refinement, innovation, deep" efforts.
With regard to the transformation of shantytowns, pollution control in river basins, the protection of cultivated land, and the development of mineral resources, efforts have been made to strengthen coordination in the handling of meetings, the undertaking of official documents, the contact with government affairs, the transmission of information, and the feedback of supervision, and to improve the working methods and methods to ensure that the decisions and arrangements of the leaders are implemented, so as to ensure rigor, safety, and efficiency.
3. Strengthen self-cultivation and actively establish the spirit of dedication. After I came to work in the new collective of the General Office, I came into contact with more people and handled complicated things. I have always insisted on respecting each other emotionally with my comrades, caring for each other in life, supporting each other in work, always maintaining a sense of honor and pride in working beside the leaders, and establishing a sense of mission and responsibility to do my own work. Adhere to the high standard in the work, strive for the first-class; In life, we should keep up with low standards, advocate simplicity, strive to cultivate our own consciousness of being able to endure loneliness, keep hardship, and withstand the best consciousness, not burdened by fame, not confused by the desire for power, not bound by self-interest, look at competition with a peaceful attitude, deal with gains and losses with an open-minded mind, devote ourselves to work with a spirit of dedication, and always maintain a good mental state and fighting spirit.
Looking back on the work history of several organs that I have gone through, I deeply feel that the General Office, as the pivotal organ of the provincial work, has the strongest standardization, rigor and timeliness of its work, which requires cadres, especially cadres in the work department, to participate in government affairs, manage affairs well, and do a good job in the level of service. I am well aware that there is still a big gap between my ability and level and the requirements of leadership and work.
After obtaining a bachelor's degree in law from China University of Political Science and Law, I have studied for two master's degrees in economic law from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Harbin University of Technology in public administration, and have successfully obtained a master's degree in economic law, and am currently studying for a doctorate degree in economic management from China Agricultural University. While strengthening professional study, I also strive to strengthen political study, deeply study and grasp the essence and connotation of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, insist on arming my mind with the scientific outlook on development, guide my work, and always remind myself to always maintain the advanced nature of Communist Party members, and pay attention to playing a vanguard and exemplary role in my work.
Leaders and comrades, looking back on my work history in the General Office, I deeply feel that under the correct leadership of the party group, the team of the General Office has done solid work, has excellent work style, has prestige and reputation externally, has strength and level internally, is a team that loves and dedicates itself to its work, and is a team that understands the general situation, takes into account the overall situation, and stresses unity.
