At present, adolescent mental health and mental health issues have become a matter of great concern to all parties in schools, families and communities. How the school, family and society work together to improve the mental health of students is also an important indicator to measure the quality of collaborative education. The optimization of students' mental model should be regarded as a cohesive point of school-home-community collaborative education, and only with a clear cohesive point can all parties focus on and obtain the best results of joint education.

Mental models often determine students' ways and habits of understanding things and dealing with problems, which are embodied in cognitive patterns, mentality, and logic of action, and even have a significant impact on their future life and destiny to a certain extent. For example, the same external pressure or challenge is the driving force for some students' development, and for others, it becomes an obstacle to growth or even a disaster. This difference often stems from a difference in mental models. As management psychologist Peter Senge puts it, "Mental models determine not only how we understand the world, but also how we act." ”

The construction of students' mental model is a process of internal and external integration, gradual generation, and integration of knowledge and action. In addition to the subjective efforts of students, it is also necessary for schools, families, and society to follow the laws and work together to form a joint force to optimize students' mental models.

The first is to give full play to the role of the school as the main front. Schools should pay full attention to the cultivation and optimization of students' mental models, give full play to their own advantages, re-examine and actively adjust in curriculum arrangements, activity design, campus culture, etc., consciously combine training objectives, teaching tasks, evaluation indicators, etc. with the optimization of students' mental models and improve students' mental health levels, focus on the cultivation of students' thinking qualities such as truth-seeking, kindness, positivity, and tenacity, the cultivation of learning qualities such as learning, good thinking, discernment, and practice, and the cultivation of respect, generosity, cooperation, and Cultivation of social qualities such as empathy. At the same time, schools should play a leading role in collaborative education, maintain timely communication and close cooperation with parents through multiple channels, scientifically guide and serve parents, and jointly strengthen the cultivation of children's mental models.

The second is to give play to the main role of the family. Parents should understand the law of their children's growth and the key factors that determine their children's lifelong development, and truly pay attention to optimizing their children's mental models to ensure their children's healthy growth and long-term development.

First, the main goal is to help children build an upward and benevolent mental model, and cultivate the right attitude towards failure and setbacks.

Second, we must grasp and follow the rules, understand that the construction of mental models is a process of continuous learning, self-reflection, correction and change of children, there are no shortcuts, and do not rush to achieve results, but slowly cultivate them in the accumulation of ordinary life.

Third, guide children to improve their mental models through learning and reflection. Learn more from others, find good role models, and encourage and help children develop the habit of summarizing and reviewing, so as to discover their own problems in their mental models in time and improve them.

Fourth, allow children to grow through experimentation and hitting walls. Don't be overprotective, encourage your child to have his own ideas and opinions, even if he hits a wall, it will promote his child's awareness and introspection, which is an important opportunity to promote children's growth and become mentally strong.

Fifth, encouraging children to participate in various social activities and housework, so that children's vitality and creativity can bloom in novel, fresh and diverse experiences, which is also an important way to optimize children's mental models.

Sixth, identify and help children deal with psychological or emotional problems in a timely manner. When it is found that the child has mental problems or low emotions such as negativity, jealousy, low self-esteem, paranoia, etc., it is necessary to pay serious attention to it, guide it in time, and guide the child to form a positive and good mental model.

The third is to give play to the nourishing role of society. On the one hand, it is necessary to continuously optimize social education resources, make full use of platforms, museums, cultural centers, mass organizations and other platforms to encourage mental qualities such as health, optimism and inclusiveness, carry forward traditional Chinese virtues and excellent culture, create a social environment conducive to the formation of students' good mental models, and give full play to the nourishing and edifying role of social education.

On the other hand, it is necessary to organize students to go deep into the society, strengthen practical and general education, let students understand the systematic, diverse, and complex society, guide them to form correct values and good character, and let them understand the importance of practical ability, team awareness, and strong will for a person's long-term development, and understand the great significance of cooperation, win-win, and helping others in social interactions. With such a benign mental model, students will be wiser in dealing with others, and will go further and more steadily on the road of development in life, and will have a greater sense of happiness.
