Is there simple happiness?

In the morning, in the street garden on the road, I saw a slogan "Happiness is actually very simple". The precedent of this sentence is "somewhere," and it will not be stated.

To be honest, this sentence makes me very emotional, because I have lived most of my life now, and so far, I have not seen or encountered simple happiness in the world of **, so I doubt the rationality of this sentence.

I think happiness is short-lived, and happiness is just a feeling of self-satisfaction that comes in a moment. Is there simple happiness, there should be, in a child's life, it has, a bouquet of flowers, a word, or the fulfillment of a small wish. But as you get older, it becomes less and less and rarer. Children's happiness and joy are simple, not mixed with other things, so joy and happiness come easier. In the world, there are many desires and they are much more complicated. Simple things also have complex conditions and multiple reasons, and such happiness is not simple. Often with the realization of wishes, we will give up many things, give up what we once adhered to, may be beliefs, may also be principles, and with having to give up, we also gradually give up ourselves, and there are not many exceptions. Therefore, happiness becomes more and more complex, less and less pure, and more and more difficult to achieve. Many times, when we fulfill a certain wish, it makes us unhappy, unhappy. There is no way to talk about happiness. It seems that the wish that has been fulfilled now has become something that I did not hope for.
