Hi there, I'm Little Flower.
Yesterday, while reading a book related to "renunciation", I suddenly thought:When did I start trying to break away and try to streamline my life?
After thinking about it, it was probably when I felt that my life was messed up and I wanted to change myself.
The wardrobe is full of clothes, but I always feel that there are no clothes to wear, and when I open the cabinet door, the clothes pour out ......
The room was not big, but it was a mess, and I bought one bag after another, and I often carried one.
Every time there is a guest at home, there is a hidden this.
I'm fed up with days like this.
So, I began to break away and began to try to streamline my life.
In modern society, we are often surrounded by busy work, heavy pressure, and constant information bombardment.
In pursuit of a higher quality of life, more and more people are pursuing minimalism. Reduce useless items and trivial things in life, and slow down the pace to experience a simple and comfortable lifestyle.
This minimalism calls on each of us to re-examine our needs and minimize waste and material pursuits.
After practice and thinking, I deeply realized that minimalist life is really nurturing.
Minimalist living does not mean bare or poor, but the removal of superfluous, complex and meaningless things in everyday life.
1.In terms of items
We often buy all sorts of items that seem necessary, but don't really need them, filling our rooms, cupboards, and storage spaces.
These items require both our precious time and energy to take care of, as well as the piles of worries and anxieties.
With minimalism, I focus on my core needs, eliminate many of my worries, and have more time to focus on the things that really matter, make me happy and fulfilled.
2.Time-wise
We often complain that we don't have enough time to do what we want to do. "Too busy".It has become one of the most common words we use to explain our state to others.
However, in the process of practicing a lean life, I have found that by eliminating those activities or habits that are useless and consume too much time and energy (such as brushing up on small **, watching live broadcasts, etc.), and setting clear goals, I can organize each day reasonably and make the schedule clear and controllable.
At the same time, in the process of enjoying life, you can also provide more valuable time for your family, friends and yourself.
For example, go for a walk with your child on the weekend. When I'm at home by myself, I basically don't watch live broadcasts, but try to arrange all the housework.
In this way, when Lao Wang and the children are at home, we can chat together, read books, and visit the park together.
3.Redefining happiness
Minimalism has allowed me to redefine happiness.
Conventional wisdom equates happiness with having more or enjoying more than meets normal needs.
However, the process of buying and buying is often accompanied by anxiety and a sense of loss.
In contrast, when I shift my attention from the physical world to the inner world, I find that it is not just the happiness that external things can provide that really bring us happiness.
Rather than the short-lived and flashy material comforts, I began to value things that were intangible but long-lasting to bring happiness.
Spending more time with family and friends, pursuing what I love, and focusing on my physical health are all beautiful rewards for living a minimalist life.
In addition, after streamlining my belongings, I have become more aware of what I really need, so that I can make more rational choices and decisions.
If you're not satisfied with your current situation, try minimalist living
You can start with clothes.
Take out all the clothes, find the ones you like, and dispose of all the ones you don't like.
Anyway, you won't wear these things you don't like, so it's better to give them up.
One thing, one out, one in.
Keep one of the items with the same function, and the excess items can be given away, or hung with salted fish.
Try not to stock up.
Now there are ** months and months, and there is really no need to hoard too many daily consumables, which take up too much space.
If you have a stock at home now, it doesn't matter, consume it first and buy it when you run out.
Buy responsibly. The wardrobe that is easy to clean out, the cupboard, if you have space, don't try to fill it again, leave it blank appropriately, and life will be easier.
Not excessive. Whether it's minimalist or streamlined, it's good to find a state that makes you comfortable, after all, there are no dead rules for minimalist life.
Quality Author List No matter what kind of lifestyle, in the end, it is to make yourself happy. There are many items with the same function, and they can be used, which is also a good state.
For example, scissors have the same function, but there are kitchen scissors, and there are scissors for unpacking.
There may be some difficulties and challenges in the process of practicing a minimalist life, but I believe that as long as we persevere, we can all experience the changes and benefits brought by a minimalist life.
