How it feels to collapse in an instant

In the vast journey of life, each of us will encounter a sudden moment of collapse, the seemingly powerless collapse force, like a flood that bursts the embankment, is silent on weekdays, but once it emerges, it is an irresistible impact. As the ancients said, "When an avalanche occurs, no snowflakes are innocent." The joys and sorrows of life are the same.

All kinds of pressures slowly seep into daily life, they do not fall from the sky, but are piled up by the bitter tears of many ordinary people. Whether it's working overtime until late at night, and not being able to get a taxi; or alone in the empty room, physically and mentally exhausted; Or a word of comfort from others, stirring up endless inner emotional waves. These experiences of the self can be the trigger for an emotional breakdown.

However, it's hard to understand why small things can lead to collapse. For us, those perseverance and patience day after day have long been overwhelming. No one knows the sorrow behind it, only us, like a heavy bag on our backs, which has long been out of breath.

Looking at our smiling friends, it's hard to imagine if they have deep pain hidden in their hearts. Like the clowns in the circus, they work hard to put on makeup and perform just to hide the deepest pain. On the surface, everyone has their own loneliness and pain.

Surprisingly, such an emotional outburst is sometimes a kind of catharsis and release. Those days when we force our faces to laugh are often the times when we give the most and are most tired. There will always be days when we need to face problems bravely and convey true emotions so that we can truly be liberated.

Even if we are resilient, there will always be times when we are vulnerable. Life's trivial troubles, no matter how big or small, can cause us trouble. Every time we can't sleep late at night, those deep emotional memories will resurface in our minds.

Everyone has experienced storms and waves, but often because of some trivial details, we can't take it calmly. In the face of life's challenges, we are filled with emotion and realize how heavy the burden we have carried in the past.

Looking back, we are grateful to the people and things that helped us in times of need. We understand that true courage is not only about being able to face setbacks, but also about always looking forward with gratitude. Because we know that only those who dare to face adversity can truly get out of the predicament and grow.

There is no doubt that life's difficulties are endless, and no matter how big or small, they can bother us. But we must firmly believe that no one knows themselves better than us, and no one is more eager to embark on the path to happiness than we are. It is precisely because of this belief that we have been able to go through those difficult years and meet a better future.
