Sincerely, don t over prepare

I'll admit that you may never be able to prepare well because perfectionism can lead to being prepared all the time and letting the plan go unplanned. In the past, I always liked to be fully prepared before acting. For example, in writing, I always want to read all the relevant ** and books, and fully grasp the writing skills before writing. I preset a perfect score paper in my mind, and I imagined that once I created it, it would be the perfect article. But my subconscious knew it wasn't possible, so I couldn't get started. I finally picked up the pen, but the gap between the expected 100 points was too great, which caused me to be very miserable and unwilling to write again for a long time. Later, I studied psychology and understood that over-preparation is a kind of escape, and the essence is fear of difficulties. Because I was afraid of those uncertain factors, I didn't dare to start, so I kept myself prepared. In this way, there will be no difficulties and no failures. It is equivalent to setting up a cage in which to create a false illusion of "security".

Only by getting rid of the illusion of "preparation" and taking concrete action can we achieve something. 1. Letting go of perfectionism 100 points is actually a **, because we can't get a perfect score forever. Instead of imprisoning ourselves with perfection, it is better to only do 60 points of expectation at the beginning, and at the same time put 100% action, I believe that we can gain more surprises and bring us greater motivation to move forward. Ernest Hemingway said – "any first draft is shit". In the same way, when we try something new, we can also make a mess. But what does it matter, the beginning is better than a thousand fantasies. So, when I want to use my preparation to escape the action, I always tell myself, "Go write a piece of shit first." "If you don't start because of the pursuit of perfection, you can only get the perfect marks and anxiety you imagined. I started, but I got a real 60 points, maybe more. Finish it first, and then continuously adjust and optimize it to get closer to perfection.

2. Don't magnify the imagination of difficult people comparable to the universe. But every time we conceive of a difficulty in our minds, it is equivalent to feeding it once, and it will infinitely swell to the point of overwhelming us. Fear also causes it to grow. In the fear of difficulties and entanglements, there is infinite internal friction, and finally gives up action. However, once you are brave enough to face it and act quickly, you will find that what you thought was a big tiger might just be a small ant. The solution that I couldn't find after thinking hard was actually hidden in the action. Think, it's all a problem; Do it, there is an answer.

3. There is no need to plan too completely, reality is changing all the time, and complete paper planning may not be applicable on the road. At that time, not only will it be a waste of time, but it may also be a matter of panic due to the disruption of the plan. You don't need to plan every route before you set off, and the road is not set in stone. In fact, we can never plan a 100% correct route at the starting point. Only by walking up and constantly adjusting on the road can we open up the road. We can't predict what will happen in life or how we will choose at every fork in the road. Only take action and go to the next intersection to make a plan. - 10 60 points is better than a 100 that never started. Prepare simply, and let's go.
