Especially in the past one or two years, affected by the economic situation, downstream subcontractors have been trying to survive in the cracks, which has led to many construction disputes such as project price settlement, claims, and changes, which has brought new opportunities for engineering law. From the perspective of students, based on the basic law department and structured by construction engineering, the prospect of the construction major is promising.
Solid foundation cultivation, far-reaching
After graduation, just after the end of the training period, he was assigned to work in Shanghai, and began to participate in business management such as contract management, bidding, CAD drawing, price and tax calculation, quota and material adjustment. At that time, I was faltering in Shanghai, but looking back, I actually built a solid foundation for this career. The target amount of the Shanghai project is 10400 million yuan, the first project of the unit, and I was responsible for the settlement of the sub-project and the completion of the project, setting a record for the fastest settlement of the unit project.
When I was getting comfortable in business and comfortable and free in Shanghai, I was transferred to Chongqing to support another project that was being audited by the Audit Office. Audit work is often in the form of round tables, each person has a small mountain of information and documents in hand, the truth and falsehood are in it, and communication and screening are required, and each audit project requires great workload and energy. In the first week in Chongqing, I walked in circles in the square downstairs of the unit, trying to make myself tired, but I became more and more sober, the hot weather, the hot food, this is my first impression of the mountain city. The discomfort towards Chongqing at first was very different from the emotion given by Chongqing later, so that how reluctant I was when I first arrived in the mountain city was how reluctant I was when I left.
At this point, looking back on the journey, I also have tears in my eyes. It is difficult to chase and remember, the mountains are high and the road is far away, and it is difficult to walk alone.
After more than a few years of training in other provinces, when I was transferred back to the headquarters, I was full of love. Qilu boy is still hard to leave his homeland. After returning to Qingdao, I was transferred to the general manager's office and participated in the daily administrative work of the two offices.
