Winter is approaching, and many of my friends' tables have meat dishes that take center stage, either beef or lamb. But do you feel that eating this meat every time you eat it all the time, it always seems to be a little greasy? Actually, we can consider trying it for a different taste. Take it for example – the mushroom. I really don't lie to you, this mushroom can be made casually, and the whole family will love it. Today, let me tell you how to make mushrooms even more delicious
Don't look at this small and inconspicuous white mushroom, in fact, its nutritional value is many times higher than that of beef and mutton! And the price is quite affordable. This ingredient, which we call white mushrooms, is rich in a variety of nutrients such as vitamin D and vitamin A. Especially now that it's winter, you should eat more of it. However, you may wonder how to cook this mushroom to make it delicious. Don't panic, I'm going to give you a recipe right now
The first recommended dish: stir-fried celery with mushrooms.
The ingredients are as follows: 300 grams of fresh mushrooms (remove the stems and wash), a small handful of celery, green onions, ginger, and some dried chili pepper fragments.
1.Slice the mushrooms (about 1 mm thick) first. Then wash and cut the celery, and prepare the green onion and ginger. You don't need too much chili flakes, just use them as an ingredient.
2.Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, wait until the water boils, put the chopped mushrooms and celery in and blanch for about 20 seconds.
3.Then heat the pan, add oil, when the oil is hot, then add green onions, ginger, garlic and chili peppers to stir-fry until fragrant. When the aroma is full, pour the blanched gourd and celery into the pan and stir-fry quickly for about 20 seconds. Finally, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and salt to taste, stir well, and enjoy.
The second recommended dish: stir-fried pork slices with mushrooms.
Ingredients: Thinly sliced pork belly (about 1 cm thick), green onions and spicy dried chili chips.
1.Again, cut the celery and green onion and ginger into small cubes of the appropriate size for later use.
2.Then start cooking. Using a frying pan with hot oil, pour in the green onions, ginger and chili grains you have just prepared to burst the fragrance, then add the pork belly and stir-fry the lard vigorously over high heat.
3.Stir-fry the pork belly for about 30 seconds as soon as the pork belly has been stir-fried in the lard, then add an appropriate amount of soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste, and cover and simmer for dozens of seconds. Finally, sprinkle a little green onion as a garnish and you're done.
