Tsinghua 94 level female executives ignore the labor law and terminate the contract, is there really

Recently, I wrote an article "The performance of all employees of a listed company in Beijing is zero, there is no year-end bonus, and a guide to rights protection", followed by another shocking news: a female executive of a company illegally laid off employees, and had an arrogant attitude in the first class, ignoring the labor law.

Her original words are as follows: "I will be terminated in violation of the law now, I tell you, the first and second instance of labor arbitration, I have people, wait for you slowly, you try, you can't find a job for two and a half years, you try, don't want to look for a job again." ”

This reminds me of the suspect Li in the car accident case at Hebei University, who arrogantly said, "My dad is Li Gang."

The laid-off employee revealed that the female executive's name is Jing Yue, who graduated from Tsinghua University with a 94-level radio major and has a close relationship with the company's boss.

This matter quickly fermented and attracted public attention. The company (Beijing Neox Technology*** issued a statement under pressure, saying that it had paid the November salary and severance compensation on December 8, and at the same time suspended the executive's position, and indicated that the employee Sun was incompetent to work.

This seems to imply that although this time the head is bowed, it is also necessary to embarrass the employee and label his job file as "incompetent", making it difficult for him to re-employ.

It is reported that the employee joined the company on June 25, 2023, signed a 3-year labor contract and a confidential non-compete agreement, and the probation period is up to 6 months. By the time the employment relationship was terminated on December 1, the probationary period was just about to end, and it was not difficult to understand the dissatisfaction of the employees.

Employers must have sufficient evidence to dismiss an employee who is "incompetent for work". Otherwise, compensation shall be paid to the employee in accordance with the Labor Contract Law.

The Labor Law stipulates that 30 days' written notice of no-fault dismissal is required and one month's salary is paid as compensation.

In summary, problems such as illegal layoffs, non-compensation, and wage arrears are becoming increasingly serious, and the workplace environment needs to be improved urgently.
