"This is to accumulate on a daily basis, take time to watch life-oriented American dramas, go online to see foreign social platforms, the life they show**, comments, etc. We don't need accurate customer portraits, but at least you need to be able to visualize how our products will be used. Some designers will use domestic inertial thinking to design, I remember seeing a 3C brand imitate the creativity of "Mousse mattress", put a foreign old man at random, and forcibly use copywriting to say that their mobile phone case is designed by the designer, which looks somewhat ridiculous, of course, the sales are also very bleak.
