During the holiday, I received an appointment from the brand marketing and news center**, to be honest, I was apprehensive but longing. Looking back at the 10 years of completion, those people and things are still clear and picturesque. On Teacher's Day in 2023, he was once again rated as an advanced individual in complete education after 10 years. The road to perfection is full of honor. 10 years is small and fleeting for every perfect person who has precipitated in youth. Behind each detailed story, it is not only the growth and change of students, but also our own continuous innovation and reinvention.
My memory is back in early July 2013, when the clerk of the Office of the Board of Education became my first stop in Ashin, and I started "Career as a Career" at 207 on the second floor of the swimming pool. Drafting, publishing, archiving, sorting out data, summarizing plans, borrowing materials, meeting minutes. This work, which seemed trivial to others, became all I had. It is these matters that require two-way communication that have taught me to "empathize" at work, and I will also adhere to the job requirements of "making every word accurately expressed, making every data accurate, and making every job recorded" in the future.
In the past 10 years, we have gone both ways with perfect education
After 10 years, I have gone from a comprehensive post and a volunteer service post in the Education Office to the director of the comprehensive office of the college, the vice president of the secondary college, and the executive dean of the college. From Shinin to Tyco; From the Complete Education 10, to the brand building of volunteer service, and then to the education practice of the college system for all staff. In hundreds of thousands of statistics, thousands of event design organizations, and hundreds of system designs, I continue to realize self-innovation and reinvention. Dedication to work allows me to find my own advantages in every unfamiliar position. The love of work allows me and my students to perceive themselves, fall in love with themselves, and gain respect.
In the past 10 years, my growth has been full of competition with myself
The colleague who failed the college entrance examination is no longer afraid to write news. That's probably not something to be proud of. You can imagine the shame of having your first press release published with less than 20 words. So, until now, I have formed a habit of writing any textual thing, and I will look up all kinds of synonyms and synonyms, so that each word is used just right. Every time a news release is released, I compare it word by word. There are no shortcuts to work, and you will win if you keep competing!

Strive to be a confidant of students, strive to be a good helper at work, strive to be a good husband, and strive to be a good father to children.
Last year, the first Vice President of the Student Organization and the Minister of Propaganda of the Infinity College tied the knot. Because of the academy, they met and fell in love, and worked together to graduate school and form their own small family, maybe we didn't do anything to add fuel to the fire, but we insisted on love, everything was so gorgeous. I believe that love has superpowers!
Love at work means loving yourself, your career, and your students. This passage of the chairman's "Responsibility and Love" tells us that love is a kind of self-confidence, and the courage and ability to not be stingy with oneself. To be honest, I was very unconfident, afraid of doing the wrong thing, and afraid of missing out on work. But this excessive love does not produce any ability to innovate. Therefore, I continue to let myself jump out of my comfort zone, to learn CAD, to learn PS, to learn WeChat typesetting, to learn mind mapping, in the continuous success and trial and error, my sense of achievement, harvest, happiness continues to improve.
In the past 10 years, it has been a vigorous love
In 2017 and 2018, the teachers of the Perfect Education Office and I trekked through the Kubuqi Desert twice in a row, staying overnight in the desert, checking in the starry sky, and crossing the oasis. 13 hours of sand dune climbing, helping each other to carry supplies, giving each other cheering and encouraging, holding hands with each other to move forward, in the vast desert, to discover the miracle of every life, but also to tell yourself that your heart is strong enough to see the wider world.
In the consummation, we influence each other in this way, perhaps encouraging each other in the loss of a game, or giving carefully selected gifts at a birthday party, or soaking in the event site for a few days for an event, or being exposed to the rain and sun at the construction site of the academy. What we experience together is precious.
In the winter of 2015, after a heavy snowfall, I came home and found that there was an extra love on the car cover, and I couldn't figure it out. When I got home, I received a birthday greeting from the student council. That love, I kept until the spring blossoms. Love each other, the future is promising.
This 10 years is the beginning of the next 10 years
In 2017, Wuwen Academy in 2017, Wuwen Academy in Tyco, and Yugu Academy were the third colleges I participated in. For me, the academy is not only a space, but also a joy of life. This symbol, which is rooted in the spirit, pushes us to constantly demand that we be refined and strive for perfection. In the blink of an eye, it has been 7 years since graduation, in 2017, I met Mr. Du for the first time in the 15-square-meter exchange room of the boundless college, from immaturity to transformation, from the helplessness of preparing for activities to the repeated rehearsals of leading cadres all night, I heard Mr. Du say the most is "the ocean, I believe in you, you can", the academy gave me a kind of transcendence, trust, not admit defeat courage, which is also the confidence of my resolute choice of the western plan.
