As the old saying goes, "women don't let their eyebrows be shaved", there are always some heroines among women, with their diligence and wisdom, to gain a firm foothold in the territory of men. Today, let's talk about a "goddess policeman", she is the former director of the Dengfeng City Public Security Bureau --- Ren Changxia.
She and her colleagues have long been on the front line of the public security cause and have participated in cracking thousands of major cases. She has proven that women can succeed in male-dominated fields.
Ren Changxia was born in 1964 in Sui County, Shangqiu City, Henan Province, in an ordinary worker family. She has dreamed of being a police officer since she was a child, and after graduation, she got her wish and became a police officer.
After graduating from high school, she resolutely followed her heart, applied for the police academy, and was admitted to the Henan Police Academy and became a police academy student. During her university years, she diligently studied professional and cultural knowledge, and at the same time continued to train her skills, which laid a solid foundation for her to become an excellent police officer in the future.
She has always cherished the dream of being a policeman, and in order to punish and eliminate evil and uphold justice for the people, she has continued to work hard and make progress, and finally became a policeman who is deeply loved and admired by the people.
In 19983, Ren Changxia achieved excellent results when she graduated and was assigned to the Zhongyuan Branch of the Zhengzhou Public Security Bureau in Henan Province to begin her pre-trial work.
She said: "It is my biggest dream in life to become a people's policeman who fights crime and protects the people, catches criminals with my own hands, and provides justice for the people." ”
After taking up the job, Ren Changxia has always been strict with herself, and has won the championship in the big competitions organized by the unit many times, becoming a leader in the police force. Her outstanding performance was recognized by the organization, and in 1998, she was promoted to the head of the technical investigation detachment of Zhengzhou City, Henan Province.
In Henan at the end of the 90s, public security problems were frequent, petty theft was commonplace, and even murder and goods were also happening from time to time. However, in just two years in their new positions, Ren and her colleagues have traveled to more than 20 provinces and cities, successfully cracked more than 300 robbery and homicide cases, and brought more than 300 suspects to justice.
These criminals are very cunning and have a certain sense of anti-investigation, so Ren Changxia must always be vigilant and adaptable, otherwise she may fall short.
It is worth mentioning that in order to go deep into the scene of the crime, she often needs to disguise herself and go deep into the tiger's den.

The two suddenly realized that this fashionable girl was their wife and mother. She disguised herself as a female drug dealer this time in order to go deep into the drug den and investigate a case of a big drug lord, so that she could better protect the safety of her family and community.
She doesn't even recognize her own family, which shows that her disguise is very successful, and it also shows that she is very determined to protect her homeland.

In order to get more authentic feedback, she even gave up her police uniform, changed into ordinary people's clothes, put on a rural woman's headscarf, disguised herself as a rabbit fur vendor, and went deep into the countryside to find out the news.
Her actions stem from her careful observation and understanding of the lives of the people in her life, which is also the key to solving the case. There are countless such things in her career, and every time she faces a different case, she will change her identity and go deep into the front-line investigation to become the daily routine of this female policeman.

Faced with the trust of the organization, Ren Changxia did not hesitate to pack her bags and prepare to accept the challenge. This decision allowed her to climb to the top of her career, winning the praise and support of the people, but also changing the trajectory of her life and that of her family.
At that time, Dengfeng City had serious public security problems, various forces were intricate, and cases were piled up, which brought great difficulties to governance. However, Ren Changxia is undoubtedly the best candidate for this position with her years of experience in solving major cases.
Faced with the outside world's doubts about a 37-year-old woman serving as the director of public security, Ren Changxia is determined to break prejudice with action. She decided to rectify from the inside, solve the problems of loose discipline in the public security team of Dengfeng City, dereliction of duty by the staff, and neglect of the people's demands, and win the trust of the people with practical actions.

She disguised herself as a rural woman and came to the township police station, but the office staff and the police officers did not take the initiative to pay attention to her, and some people even impatiently said that they had no time to solve the case for her.
Through personal experience, Ren Changxia was able to gain a deeper understanding of the current situation of grassroots public security.

After completing the visit, she conducted an in-depth investigation based on first-hand information, resolutely dealt with some police officers who violated discipline, and also appropriately punished some police officers who were absent from work, dereliction of duty, and violated the law and discipline.
This made the entire police force look at her with admiration. But she wasn't satisfied with that, and regaining the trust of the people was her ultimate goal. Coincidentally, at this time, I received a report from the masses that no one answered the local 110 police.
This issue is very critical for Ren Changxia, and if the public encounters an emergency situation, it may be delayed because of this. She decided to try it herself, dialing 110** and finding that no one answered.
When she was faced with this problem, she decisively convened a plenary meeting to emphasize the importance of 110 receiving the police in a timely manner. That night, she called the police again**, and the officers rushed out to the police, only to be told that they were being tested.
This incident completely changed the atmosphere of the police force and caused the attitude of the people to change. After solving the problem of work discipline, Ren Changxia led her colleagues to start the case sorting work, paying special attention to those serious cases that have lasted for many years.
Figure 12 drew her attention to a serial ** case from four years ago. Since 1997, 11 people have been brutally killed in Wanyanggang, Xiling, Dengfeng City, causing panic among the people and a bad social impact.
In order to find out the suspect, Ren Changxia once again used her camouflage skills, dressed up as a fashionable and beautiful woman, and wandered the streets. The hard work paid off, and three months later, the police in the camp successfully arrested the criminal.
The residents of Wanyanggang were finally relieved of their troubles, clapped their hands and praised Ren Changxia's ingenuity.

In addition, some people also dare to come forward and report it. **According to the information collected from the masses, the leader of the local underworld organization - Wang Zhensong was gradually locked.
He is considered to be the chairman of a group in Dengfeng City, an "outstanding entrepreneur", a member of the Dengfeng Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, a representative of the Dengfeng Municipal People's Congress and a model worker.
However, in the eyes of the locals, he is a wolf in sheep's clothing. His upbringing, like many other leaders, used money and color to win over the local people, making them his own umbrella, and then using the power in the hands of these black umbrellas to grant land and projects for himself to create his own business territory.
Then, he used the money he earned to pull more ** into the water, and so on. Wang Zhensong flattered the top, and added fists and kicks to the bottom. After having enough economic strength, he gathered a group of vicious thugs and established the "Xiaoyao Palace Lake Patrol Team".

On April 13, 2001, Ren Changxia left early and returned late as usual, handled two unexpected cases, and successfully rescued an abducted child.
Before leaving, her colleagues gave her 2 vegetable buns and a cucumber, but this became the last picture of her colleagues seeing Director Ren. In the evening, Ren Changxia's vehicle collided with a large truck on the way back to Dengfeng, and she lost consciousness due to the violent impact.
Although she was rushed to Zhengzhou Central Hospital for rescue, her life could not be saved. When she arrived at the hospital, Ren Changxia's pupils had dilated and she had left this world.
Wei Chunxiao, pictured in Figure 19, hasn't seen his wife for more than a month. When he learned that his wife's electrocardiogram had been drawn into a straight line, he couldn't stop crying.
He endured his grief to change his beloved wife into a clean police uniform, and then escorted her into an ambulance for her last ride. On the way, he muttered to himself, "Changxia, what's wrong with you?"
What happened? When the local people in Dengfeng heard the news, they were incredulous at first. After confirming, everyone cried painfully: "She is only 40 years old, why did such a good person leave so early?"
It's really unfair. "She's a good person, she shouldn't have left us so early. "I always believe that good people are rewarded. I don't know why Mother Ren left us so early. ”
Although the retention and call of the masses could not prevent Ren Changxia's departure, her figure will always remain in everyone's hearts. On April 17, 2004, Ren Changxia's farewell ceremony was held in Dengzhou City, and thousands of people took to the streets to see off this fair and selfless director with the highest courtesy.

Dengfeng City was immersed in grief, thousands of lights were lit, and mourning was everywhere. Inspired by Ren Changxia's spirit, her husband Wei Chunxiao, a lawyer, decided to devote herself to public welfare undertakings and provide free legal aid to those with poor economic conditions.
Maybe it's excessive worry, maybe it's long-term work pressure, four years later, Wei Chunxiao died suddenly of cerebral hemorrhage, and his wife Ren Changxia, who has served the people all his life, was buried together in the Beibi Cemetery, and they can finally stay together forever.

Although Ren Changxia has been away from us for 18 years, the organization and the people have never forgotten her, and every year on April 14, the public security system will organize people to sweep her grave to express their deep memory and admiration for her.

The purpose of organizing young police officers to visit Dengfeng is to hope that they can gain strong spiritual strength from it and devote themselves to becoming excellent policemen who are satisfied with the people.
