February** Dynamic Incentive Program
Hello everyone, I'm a Chinese little Ah Tian! During this Chinese New Year, there is always a lot of gathering and food from friends and family. Eating and drinking every day, coupled with the hot and cold weather, made me crave a warm drink to mediate these beautiful moments. So, I decided to make my own warm drink for the winter, and kumquat lemon tea became my first choice.
Kumquat, rich in vitamin C, kumquat and other ingredients, is an important nutrient for maintaining vascular health. Lemons, on the other hand, are rich in citric acid, calcium, iron, vitamins B1, B2, C and other nutrients to provide comprehensive support to the body.
Ingredients Required:
Kumquat (250 grams).
Rock sugar (180 grams).
Lemon (1 lemon).
Steps:
1.Cut into cubes for kumquat and lemonFirst, I carefully cut the kumquat and lemon into small pieces with a knife. At this step, I found that the smaller the pieces, the easier it was for the lemon and kumquat to fully release the aroma and juice.
2.Scoop out the lemon and kumquat seedsTo avoid the bitterness during the boiling process, I use a spoon to remove the lemon and kumquat seeds. This step is to ensure that the final kumquat lemon paste tastes more pure.
3.Heat the kumquat and lemonNext, I pour the processed kumquat and lemon wedges into the pot and add the rock sugar. In the case of a low fire, I heat it slowly, and the process takes about 3 minutes. At this time, the rock sugar gradually melts, and the juice of kumquat and lemon is cooked.
4.Stir and heat continuouslyI kept stirring constantly to keep the ingredients from sticking to the pan and made sure the juice of the kumquat and lemon was well combined. As the heat rises, the juice in the pot gradually takes on a bubbly state.
5.Stir until pasteDuring the boiling process, I kept stirring until the juice in the pot turned into a paste. This step requires patience and meticulous manipulation to ensure a more intense taste.
6.Cool and cannedWhen the kumquat lemon paste was in its ideal condition, I turned off the heat and left it in the shade for 20 minutes. Finally, the made kumquat lemon paste is canned to complete this warm winter drink.
This cup of kumquat lemon tea is not only a taste enjoyment, but also a love of life. On every cold winter day, this cup of tea brings together the freshness of kumquat and lemon, and the sweetness of rock sugar, like a warm embrace. Each bite seems to blow away the chill and give the soul a warm comfort.
In this Spring Festival, family and friends gather together to taste this cup of kumquat lemon tea brewed from the heart and share the bits and pieces of life. This is not only a care for the taste buds, but also an expression of emotion. I hope that everyone can taste the beauty of life and feel the warmth of home during the Spring Festival.
Xiao Ah Tian sincerely wishes everyone a happy new year, happiness and health! Let's join hands to welcome more beautiful times, make with heart, and taste with love.
