Inner harmony is the power of calm

Mobilize the strings of life with the experience of the wisdom of the king and the Buddha.

Have you ever thought about the importance of cultivating calmness in your life?

Let's start with an interesting story. There was a king who was ambitious and always tried to achieve everything he wanted. In his quest to win the hearts and minds of those around him, he inadvertently loses them one by one, and eventually finds himself in a deep loneliness. The pain he experienced was very intense, even beyond the pain of death. He desperately wanted to get out of this torment and seek comfort.

Seeing that the Buddha was in a state of happiness and peace every day, the king deliberately approached him and shared his troubles.

The king confessed: "I have never paid attention to my heart, but today it has rebelled in me." I yearn for peace and quiet. Otherwise, I'm afraid I'll go mad, Buddha. ”

The Buddha replied, "Are you interested in **?"”

The king replied, "Yes, I can play the wiener." ”

The Buddha then said, "I ask you, if the strings of the wiener are loose, can you still play it?"”

The king admitted: "No, Buddha, it will sound unpleasant. ”

The Buddha asked another question: "What if the strings are too tight?"”

The king admitted: "The string breaks when it is played." ”

The Buddha concluded, "If the strings are not too tight, not too loose, and there is harmony between them, then ** will be presented, won't it?."”

The Buddha presented his insights

"Now, your heartstrings are broken. If you try to play with them, they will break. Be quiet, calm down, and by recognizing the state of your heart's strings, ** will undoubtedly emerge. ”

In order to reduce stress and get out of trouble, we may often try to control various situations and maintain interpersonal relationships in our work and life. However, this unremitting pursuit may bring unexpected contradictions and conflicts.

Maybe relaxing, going on a trip, reading a good book, or meditating at home, taking some simple and easy steps will calm our minds quickly. It's a wonderful rhythm that gives us the best state of life when we need it most.
