Recently, Zhumadian City has encountered a cold wave and heavy snowfall, and the snow on the roads has brought certain troubles and impacts to the people's travel and road safety. In order to eliminate potential road traffic safety hazards, maintain good urban environmental order, and show the image of a civilized city, the following initiatives are hereby issued:
1. Strengthen responsibility and take the initiative. 2. Demonstration and guidance, professional guidance. All types of volunteer service organizations and their volunteers should actively practice the spirit of volunteer service of "dedication, fraternity, mutual assistance, and progress", give play to the leading role of volunteer service organizations in society, and serve as the main force in clearing snow and ice on roads. Professional rescue teams should play a good role in professional guidance, provide professional guidance for all kinds of cleaning teams, and complete cleaning tasks safely and efficiently. All units along the street should do their best to provide convenient conditions for the work of sanitation workers, volunteers, and other cleaning teams.
3. Participation of the whole people, joint construction and sharing. Everyone should establish a sense of "city ownership", the road is congested, I don't add to the blockage, and try to take public transportation when going out. Driving vehicles on ice and snow roads should slow down, obey the command of the traffic police, drive in a civilized manner, give way to pedestrians, take the initiative to avoid ice and snow cleaning vehicles and ice and snow removal personnel, and park vehicles in an orderly and standardized manner.
