The Sun Island Ice and Snow Art Museum is located in the Sun Island Snow Expo Scenic Area, with a net height of 7 meters and an area of nearly 5,000 square meters. The museum brings together more than 100 pieces of ice sculpture and snow sculptures, all of which are made of natural ice from the Songhua River, artificial snow and artificial colored ice. The ice and snow craftsmen skillfully use superb skills such as stacking, carving, inlay and freezing, supplemented by exquisite lighting and stage lighting art, to build a magical ice and snow fairy tale world in the museum, making visitors feel as if they are in the fairyland of ice and snow, and filling the regret that Harbin cannot appreciate ice and snow art in spring, summer and autumn.
The Ice and Snow Art Museum has nine ice and snow theme areas, including the Arctic Scenery Area, the Underwater World Area, the European Cultural Zone, the International ** Cultural Zone, the Antarctic Ice Peak Area, etc., each area has its own characteristics, better integrates the landscape and interactive elements, and aims to let visitors truly feel the real "northern winter".
