The highest sycophant poem in history, only 28 words, is worth a thousand words

In 1822, the Qing Dynasty writer Gong Zizhen met his idol Song Xiangfeng for many years, the two talked very happily, cherished each other, ecstasy, Gong Zizhen wrote a poem "Song Yuting Xiangfeng".

The host of the five mountains of the mountain, the king of the south of the hundred cities, shook hands among the ten thousand people, and made my sleeves fragrant for three years "Among the tens of millions of people, I was lucky to shake hands with you, so that my sleeves still have the fragrance until three years later.

It turns out that the ancients hundreds of years ago, like us now, would be almost obsessed with the people and things they liked, and writing a poem was the basic operation of the literati.

A hundred years later, every time people hear this poem, they will laugh and ridicule that patting sycophants can be so fresh and refined.

You have a confidant in life, and you have no regrets in death.

For Gong Zizhen, the most painful thing is probably that he is in a temple, and he has tried his best all his life but still cannot curb the decline of the imperial court.

Gong Zizhen was born in a family of eunuchs, his great-grandfather and grandfather were both officials, and his father was also a famous scholar at that time. Her mother is the daughter of the famous writer Duan Yuci.

Under the guidance of his parents, Gong Zizhen began to study "Jing Shi" and "University" from the beginning of his babbling studies, and later read his grandfather Duan Yu's masterpiece "Commentary on Words".

The children who are nurtured by the scholarly family are naturally talented and have a chapter. In such an atmosphere, Gong Zizhen has developed a sense of arrogance, but at the same time, he has also exercised a far-sighted vision.

I thought that my scientific expedition would be very smooth, but I didn't expect to fall into Sun Mountain in the first year.

Later, the depressed Gong Zizhen once wrote poems such as "Slaughtering dogs and carving dragon scrolls, how can it be a flat business". But after complaining, you have to work hard to gain fame.

In 1814, Gong Zizhen wrote "Ming Liang Theory", talking about the atmosphere of the imperial court, "The official is long, and the anger will be." The more noble the hope, the more solid the sycophancy. The closer the ground is, the better it will be. ”

The longer he has been in office, the worse his shameful spirit, the higher his reputation, and the more stubborn his bad habits become. The closer the status is to the emperor, the more ingenious the means of greeting.

When he wrote the famous "Ming Liang Treatise", Gong Zizhen was only 22 years old. At this time, he was bitter because he failed the exams many times, and he was annoyed because the imperial court attached great importance to the gate valve, which made the ordinary eunuchs and commoners' children have no future.

Gong Zizhen, who later entered the officialdom, was not infected by the filthy atmosphere of officialdom, but always maintained his original intention and spared no effort to criticize the corruption and ** of the imperial court.

His works influenced many people at the time, but they never moved the emperor who was at the center of power. Later, he wrote several letters asking for reforms, but was repeatedly suppressed by political opponents.

When Gong Zizhen was young, he was almost all in the examination for fame, he regarded himself as high, and disdained to be in the company of the laity, but in the end he was inevitably vulgar, and after failing in the 6 scientific examinations, he had to rely on the recommendation of others to become an officialdom. At this time, he was 38 years old.

Gong Zizhen and Song Xiangfeng met in 1819, when Gong Zizhen was having a difficult career. For Gong Zizhen, Song Xiangfeng is the first noble person he met in his boring years, and he is also a confidant and friend worth a lifetime.

Song Xiangfeng is 13 years older than him, and he has been well versed in the way of Confucius and Mencius since he was a child, and later became a generation of famous Confucians. The two are ideologically compatible, have the same heart, and at the same time are fanatical seekers of Confucianism, which can be called friends who have forgotten their years.

During the period when Gong Zizhen was depressed, Song Xiangfeng could always comfort Gong Zizhen, and the two often traveled together and traveled to the great rivers and mountains. Gong Zizhen can't get used to officialdom, but he has to socialize with people, and Song Xiangfeng has given him a lot of help in this regard.

3 years after the two met, Gong Zizhen splashed ink and wrote the famous "Song Yuting Xiangfeng". Song Xiangfeng is a literary champion who has thousands of books and is rich in learning, and in front of him, Gong Zizhen is willing to become a fan brother.

Although modern people call it "sycophancy poetry", in the eyes of Gong Zizhen at that time, he was just expressing his gratitude and love for Song Xiangfeng.

After all, Song Xiangfeng is also a teacher and friend to him, and Song Xiangfeng's influence on him has not dissipated for many years.

Strange heroes of the world. Gong Zizhen, who had ten years of idleness and could not be reused, had the world in mind and was worried about the country and the people, and saw through the corruption of the Qing Dynasty.

Therefore, he actively wrote a letter, asked for reform, actively helped Lin Zexu to give advice, and successfully promoted the sale of cigarettes in Humen. However, the enthusiasm of just a few of them could not save this dying dynasty.

If you talk about who was the most poisonous person at that time, I'm afraid that there was only Gong Zizhen. He was born at the end of Qianlong and died in the 21st year of Daoguang. The year of his death, the Qing Dynasty took a sharp turn and the political system was on the verge of collapse. In this year, the Opium War defeated the Qing Dynasty, and the emperor had to swallow his anger and sign a series of unequal treaties that humiliated the country. Of course, that's all for later.

When Gong Zizhen was alive, the Qing Dynasty was barely considered to be a peaceful and prosperous era, and the residual heat of the prosperous Kangqian era was still continuing.

But Gong Zizhen doesn't think so, he has been influenced by Confucianism since he was a child, and he naturally knows the result of sinking like this. He felt that the Qing Dynasty had become a strong foreign force, and if it was not remedied in time, I was afraid that a tragedy would be inevitable.

But the atmosphere in the court is dirty, and the emperor is not as good as the generation, not to mention **. The excluded Gong Zizhen has never been a big official in his life, nor has he been able to get close to the center of power.

He was not used to seeing the darkness of the court, and wrote countless impassioned poems throughout his life. Later generations once commented that he "became a poem, and failed was also a poem".

When Gong Zizhen wrote "The Theory of Ming Liang", his grandfather Duan Yuci persuaded him to let him receive the mail so as not to be jealous. But Gong Zizhen** could listen to it, and after joining the office, he wrote the complaints in his heart into the poem without any taboos.

He failed many scientific examinations, just because the articles were too shocking and vulgar, and they were full of criticism, which offended many people.

A scholar once criticized him: "There are too many hurtful words and curses in your poems, which a real person should not do; You ridicule ordinary people for being unambitious, but you should not think that others are useless. Those who talk against high-mindedness have been displaced and died with no good results. Although the small people have no great achievements in their lives, but at least they can protect themselves, I would rather you do nothing than see you become a strange hero who is out of place in the world! ”

It's a pity that Gong Zizhen's character will not be changed because of one or two criticisms from others. There is no shortage of people in the world who are bent and exquisite, and there is never a shortage of Taoguang and obscure, step by step.

Obviously, Gong Zizhen does not belong to these two, whether it is a "strange master" or a "crazy life", Gong Zizhen is not perfect, but there is no lack of ambition in his chest, he dares to pierce the falsehood of the prosperity of the Qing Dynasty, and is committed to awakening people, which can be sung and cried.

Chaowen said, death can be carried out.

His life has been bumpy and bumpy. Except for composing poetry, almost everything else is on the hard head. But the most commendable thing is that he has maintained his original intention all his life and has never been smoothed out by the world.

When he was young, Gong Zizhen was conceited and talented, and regarded fame as dung. Although the results are among the best, they have been repeatedly brushed because their political views are too sharp.

His own pressure is huge, his parents, wife, and friends all have high hopes for him, hoping that he will be generous and glorify his ancestors, but he has fallen again and again, making him miserable in his heart.

In order to realize his ideals, he participated in the scientific examination under pressure again and again, and finally ushered in a pretty good result after 10 years of examination.

But Gong Zizhen's wish is not just to be an official. He wants to be a celebrity, a celebrity, he hopes that his own political opinions can be adopted by the saints, and he hopes that he can be a capable minister who can lead the Qing Dynasty back to its prosperity.

It's a pity that people like him are a "thorn" for the imperial court, not only can they not be reused, but they are also called "weirdos" by people.

Of course, Gong Zizhen is not a model for future generations in everything, he is a gambler all his life, and he is obsessed with beauty, coupled with his unruly temperament, which leads to him being excluded everywhere, and when he reaches middle age, there is still no substantial construction.

Gong Zizhen was caught off guard and ushered in a mid-life crisis.

Due to the villain's frame, Gong Zizhen was fined by the imperial court for a year, and then had to stay away from officialdom because of risk avoidance.

In 1839, a year before the outbreak of the Opium War, Gong Zizhen, who felt that the imperial court was corrupt and hopeless, resolutely decided to resign and go into hiding.

Among them, we are most familiar with and most often quoted poems such as "Falling red is not a ruthless thing, turning into spring mud is more protective of flowers", "A flute and a sword level business, and a crazy name for fifteen years", "In case the Zen pass is broken, the beauty is like a jade sword like a rainbow" and other poems, all of which Gong Zizhen did on the way home.

This year was a very tormenting year in his heart, he lost his job, he didn't leave any good name after struggling all his life, let alone saved any money, and it was really desperate to see the Gong family decline in his own generation.

After resigning and returning to his hometown, Gong Zizhen taught at Yunyang Academy in order to make a living, but in his heart, he never let go of his family and country.

In 1940, when Britain invaded China, the spears and cannons in the face of the pigtails and guns in the hands of the pigtailed army seemed so powerless. When Gong Zizhen learned about it, he went to Shanghai alone, intending to join the fight against foreign aggression.

It's a pity that as soon as Gong Zizhen was getting his bags ready, he suddenly fell ill and died.

After Gong Zizhen's death, the Opium War ensued, and the Qing Dynasty was powerless to protect itself, so it could only watch the country that Aixin Jueluo's family had managed to build tremble in the thunderstorm.

Maybe at that time, some people will think of Gong Zizhen, think of his warnings, his poems, and maybe sigh: "Gong Zizhen is really a pioneer of ideological enlightenment."

Many years later, Gong Zizhen also had a large number of his own fans, Li Hongzhang, Kang Youwei, Liang Qichao, Tan Sitong, Lu Xun and so on. Kang Youwei and others took over the baton handed by Gong Zizhen and devoted themselves to reform and change the law, thus giving birth to the Wuxu change.

Because the ideas are in the same line, there are always people who go forward and fight for their family and country.
