Answer. Post-holiday syndrome refers to a series of physical and mental discomfort symptoms that occur after the holiday is over, due to readjusting to work or study life, also known as "holiday syndrome". From a medical point of view, post-holiday syndrome is not a disease in the strict sense, but more of a ridicule of a negative state, and everyone should deal with it with a positive attitude.
Ask. What are the symptoms of post-ganglion syndrome?
Answer. Sluggishness, inability to concentrate, listlessness, fatigue, confusion, absent-mindedness, loss of appetite, depression, sleep disturbances, etc.
Ask. Why do I get post-holiday syndrome?
Answer. The most fundamental reason is that the rhythm of life is disrupted, which destroys the body's habitual biological clock. When we take a break from our busy work, the rhythm is no longer so tense, addicted to TV, the Internet, parties, entertainment and play, and travel, the schedule and routine are disrupted, and the biological clock is disrupted.
During the festival, the diet is unreasonable and overeating, resulting in uneven nutrition, overload and dysfunction of various organs of the body.
Due to the long-term relaxation, after the holiday, we need to face the pressure of work again, return to work, and the mental and physical conditions will appear "unadaptable", and the physical and mental imbalance will produce syndrome symptoms.
Reminder:Post-holiday syndrome is not only found among workers, but also among students, freelancers and other people. After the holiday, everyone has to face this "adaptation test". In addition, post-holiday syndrome does not only appear at the end of the holiday, but may also appear after other long breaks, such as returning to work after sick leave, the instant reversal of life rules, and the physical and mental state is not so easy to deal with. Post-holiday syndrome is more likely to occur after a long holiday of more than 7 days compared to a 2-3 day weekend or holiday.
