The 2024 Australian International Youth Arts Festival has come to an end

Beijing, Feb. 19 (Xinhua) -- The 2024 Australian International Youth Arts Festival ended on the 18th local time, hosted by the Perth Huaxing Art Troupe and received special support from the Western Australian Department of Multiculturalism and the Chinese Association. The festival started on February 17 and included three competitions of vocal music, dance and instrumental music, attracting young players from China, Australia, Russia, Sri Lanka and other countries.

At the event site, the Wuhan University Symphony Orchestra, the Hunan University Symphony Orchestra and the Chinese Orchestra of the Chinese Association jointly performed "Music in China", the symphony and the guzheng, sheng, pipa, erhu and other Chinese national instruments cleverly integrated, bringing a unique journey to the audience, and then "Rushing the Street", "Liang Zhu" and other classic repertoire appeared one after another, and the artistic charm of Chinese culture made the audience intoxicated.

Zhang Ruogu, director of the Organizing Committee of the 2024 Australian International Youth Arts Festival, said that he hopes that the Australian International Youth Art Energy Conservation will continue to be held, become a big stage for art-loving teenagers around the world to show themselves, and make the Australian International Youth Arts Festival a shining business card of Perth.
