The contents of the medical examination
Required items: height, weight, growth and development assessment, internal medicine routine examination, facial features examination (oral examination, hearing, vision screening, etc.), blood routine examination, liver function test (fasting is required).
Optional items: eye refractive screening, bone density test, blood grouping, hepatitis B series test, trace elements, etc. (optional).
Fees:
Required items charge 585 yuan per person.
Medical Examination Process
1. Within the specified time, parents should bring the ID cards of both parents (original or **), the page of the household registration book (original or **) and the "Maternal and Child Health Handbook" to bring the children to the physical examination;
2. Parents can prepare dry food for their babies so that they can replenish their energy in time after the blood test is completed to avoid hypoglycemia;
3. Physical examination and blood collection in the morning of working days, and other physical examination items can be completed in the rest of the time;
4. Each child is limited to 1 guardianDuring the physical examination, please wear a mask for the baby and do a good job of protection.
