Build a platform to create a new situation of co-research and co-learning
How can the border ethnic areas "cultivate socialist builders and people with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor"? After repeated research by the education group of the 10th batch of Hunan Aid Xinjiang Forward Headquarters, it was decided to follow the work idea of "step-by-step implementation, overall promotion, key breakthroughs, and comprehensive improvement", relying on the advantages of Hunan's "group-type" education aid mechanism, taking Turpan Experimental Middle School as a pilot, and taking the school "Red Pomegranate" ยท The "1+1" Xiangtu Tongxin Studio is the main position of co-research and co-learning, with the "Internet + Education" distance teaching and research model in Xiangtu, and the specific method of local lesson presentation + comments and guidance of famous teachers in Hunan, to build a "Red Pomegranate Xiangtu Tongyan Cloud Classroom" to promote the reform of local teachers' classroom teaching methods and improve the quality and efficiency of classroom teaching.

Transform achievements and build a school development community
In 2023, the Turpan Education Work Conference proposed to strengthen in-depth cooperation with Hunan Province in the construction of teachers, and deepen the "pairing and co-construction" between Hunan and Hunan Province. In this regard, the education administrative department of Turpan City has established a normalized exchange mechanism for regular personnel exchange between schools in Hunan and Turpan.
