The Dongying digital factory project applies digital twins, AI identification, industrial Internet identification and other technologies to build a "virtual twin factory", with intelligent scheduling, inspection, equipment management, safety control and other scenarios, covering production management system, equipment management system and safety management system, etc., which can fully reflect the actual factory operation and realize the whole process and all-weather control of the first warehouse.
In the process of implementing the Dongying digital factory project, CNOOC Petrochemical Engineering takes the full-professional digital design as the starting point, promotes the digital delivery of the whole process of design, procurement, construction and commissioning and the development of the factory platform, realizes the synchronous operation of the digital factory, and turns the saline-alkali tidal flats covering an area of more than 1.2 million square meters into a smart factory with "oil stored in the tank and data floating on the cloud".
