In April 2023, Du drove a motorcycle and collided with a pedestrian Wang who was running across the road, causing Wang to be injured and disabled, and the traffic police brigade of the Shimen County Public Security Bureau determined that Wang and Du were equally responsible for the traffic accident, and the court ruled that Du should compensate Wang for various economic losses totaling more than 150,000 yuan. After the judgment took effect, Du had not paid it, and in desperation, Wang applied to the court for compulsory enforcement.
After the case entered the enforcement procedure, on the one hand, the enforcement police investigated and controlled the property under the name of the person subject to enforcement Du through online and offline, and on the other hand, communicated with Du many times in person, patiently explained the law and reasoned, carefully analyzed the pros and cons, and solemnly stated that if they continue to evade and refuse to execute, the court will seize and auction the vehicle under their name in accordance with the law. At the same time, considering that Du did not have a fixed job and income**, the enforcement police took the initiative to contact the applicant Wang, explained Du's economic status to him, and persuaded and suggested that Wang give Du a certain amount of time to repay the compensation. After many efforts by the enforcement police, the two parties finally reached an enforcement settlement, and the two parties agreed that Du would pay Wang 40,000 yuan before March 2024, and the remaining compensation would be paid in installments according to the agreed time and amount.

Considering that Wang was sick in bed and it was inconvenient to come to collect the money, the enforcement police immediately decided to send the case money to Wang's home in person.
