Subsidy application
Those who meet all of the following conditions can apply for ** subsidy after obtaining the certificate.

Prerequisites
Those who meet one of the following conditions can apply for a fifth-level junior worker:
1.Have been engaged in the occupation or related occupation for more than 1 year (inclusive).
2.Completion of an apprenticeship in the occupation or related occupation.
Those who meet one of the following conditions can apply for a fourth-level intermediate worker:
1.After obtaining the fifth-level junior worker vocational qualification certificate (skill level certificate) of the occupation or related occupation, the applicant shall have been engaged in the occupation or related occupation for more than 4 years (inclusive).
2.Have been engaged in the occupation or related occupations for more than 6 years (inclusive).
3.Obtain a graduation certificate of this major or related major from a technical college (including fresh graduates who have not yet obtained a graduation certificate); or obtain a graduation certificate of the major or related major of a secondary vocational school or above (including fresh graduates who have not yet obtained the graduation certificate) that has been evaluated and demonstrated and takes intermediate skills as the training goal.
Those who meet one of the following conditions can declare** Senior Worker:
1.After obtaining the intermediate vocational qualification certificate (skill level certificate) of the occupation or related occupation, the applicant shall have been engaged in the occupation or related occupation for more than 5 years (inclusive).
2.Obtain the fourth-level intermediate vocational qualification certificate (skill level certificate) of the occupation or related occupations, and have the graduation certificate of senior technical colleges and technician colleges (including fresh graduates who have not yet obtained the graduation certificate); Or obtain the fourth-level intermediate vocational qualification certificate (skill level certificate) of the occupation, and have the graduation certificate of this major or related major of the higher vocational school with the training goal of advanced skills after evaluation and demonstration (including fresh graduates who have not yet obtained the graduation certificate).
3.Have a college degree or above in this major or related professional graduation certificate, and obtain the intermediate nursery teacher professional qualification certificate (skill level certificate) in this profession or related occupation, and have been engaged in this profession or related occupation for more than 2 years (inclusive).
4.Have a bachelor's degree or above in this major or related professional graduation certificate, and have been engaged in this profession or related occupation for more than 2 years (inclusive).
Note: Related occupations: nursery staff, infant and toddler development guides, maternal and child health care technical service personnel, maternal and infant caregivers, health managers, public nutritionists, early childhood education teachers, midwives, pediatricians**, pediatricians, etc., the same below.
The technical school majors are infant and child care, and related majors include nursing, early childhood education, health services and management, health and social care, public nutrition and health care, domestic services, etc.
Vocational schools include infant and toddler care in secondary vocational education, infant and toddler care services and management in higher vocational education, and infant and toddler development and health management in higher vocational education.
Vocational school related majors include early childhood care, maternal and child care, nursing, traditional Chinese medicine nursing, nutrition and health care, modern housekeeping service and management in secondary vocational education, etc.
Certificate issuance
After passing the training and evaluation, the third-party evaluation agency filed with the Guangdong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security will issue the nursery teacher vocational skill level certificate with a unified number of human resources and social security. This certificate is a nationally recognized vocational skill level certificate, which can be queried on the national website.
