In the Chinese zodiac, the dragon is the only imaginary mythical beast and is a symbol of auspiciousness. Although there is no real dragon in reality, if the shadow of the "dragon" suddenly appears one day, maybe we will all become Ye Gong who runs away, but in daily life, "dragons" are everywhere. Such as the faucet, the dragon fruit eaten, the Longjing tea drunk, and the silver arowana raised.

Hangzhou also has a lot of places related to the "dragon", the most famous scenic spots are the Huanglong Cave of "Panzhi is poor and secluded, the bamboo trees are lush and lush", there is the Longjing Village of "the idle clouds under the eyes are chaotic, and the deer is encountered into the clouds", and there is the ancient town of Longmen in Sun Quan's hometown of "the mountains and rivers are beautiful here, better than the Longmen of Luliang Longmen", in fact, when it comes to the early origins, they are not as good as the Longxiang Bridge located in the downtown area of Hangzhou, and the Hangzhou dialect reads "Longjiang Bridge" (sound).

It was the end of the nineties of the last century, I was still serving in the village of Zhuantang, the camp was closed management, only weekends can go out in a smaller proportion, although Zhuantang also belongs to Hangzhou, but we all called the city to go into the city, there is only one bus, Fuyang to Longxiangqiao bus station 514. Although the army has built a service center, with bathing, shopping and other functions, but entering the city is still a rigid need for some people, but due to the time limit for leave, entering the city is basically in the area of Longxiang Bridge. The Longxiangqiao bus station, which has now become a subway station, has become a distribution center for entering the city and returning to the camp, and the long bus shelter and the ticket gate on the left side of the entrance still have an impression in my mind.

At that time, Longxiang Bridge was the most fireworks place in Hangzhou, including basic needs such as food, clothing, housing, transportation, and play. There is the Victory Theater to watch movies, and there is also a West Lake Cinema to the south; There is Longxiang Food City for dinner, and it is a short walk to the west to the West Lake; Later, a book purchase center was opened at the intersection of Qingchun Road, so that most of the needs of entering the city could be completed in the Longxiangqiao business district.

Speaking of Longxiang Bridge, now it is a place name, in the seventies of the last century, there is indeed a bridge called Longxiang Bridge, located in the east of Yan'an Road, between Bachelor's Road and Pinghai Road, erected on the West River (a tributary of the Huansha River), the bridge name is derived from Longxiang Palace. There are many place names in Hangzhou with the word "bridge", and in the process of urban expansion, they have become place names without bridges.

The origin of Longxiang Palace can be traced back to the Southern Song Dynasty. The 5th emperor of the Southern Song Dynasty, Emperor Lizong of the Song Dynasty. Li Zong's original name was Zhao Heju, not Ning Zong's biological son, but a descendant of Zhao Kuangyin, who was a living in the people, was found by Shi Miyuan, a famous traitor in the Southern Song Dynasty, and arranged in a dilapidated house on Houshi Street, and was named King Yi and renamed Zhao Yun. Shi Miyuan tampered with the edict before Ning Zong's death, abolished the original crown prince, and Li Zong also became the lord of a country. After Rijong ascended the throne, of course, he had to gild the place where he had lived, and in the fourth year of Chunyu (1244), he ordered that the house in the city be named Goshiga"Longxiang Palace", which means "flying dragon in the sky". "Longxiang Palace"Since then, this place name has appeared on the map of Hangzhou.

In the Yuan Dynasty, Longxiang Palace was destroyed by fire, rebuilt in another place, and built in today's location. At the beginning of the Qing Dynasty, the flag camp was cast, and the Longxiang Palace was destroyed again. **During the period of Hangzhou demolition of the Manqi camp, in 1973 Hangzhou engaged in urban construction to fill the Huansha River to repair the road, and the bridge was demolished, but the place name has been used to this day.

It may be precisely because of the high amount of "dragon" in Longxiang Bridge that Longxiang Bridge has become the most prosperous commercial center in Hangzhou from the most popular "old Hangzhou".

Finally, I wish all the friends of a philosophical feather can leap into the dragon gate in the Year of the Dragon, and the dragon soars for nine days!
