The cast-in-situ process of wind power foundation formwork is as follows:
1. Formwork production: First, formwork is made according to the design requirements and construction drawings, and wood formwork is generally used for power generation. The main purpose of formwork is to cut the top surface position and control the shape and height of the concrete pouring. 2. Cleaning and labeling of the base area: clean up the foundation area, and mark it to determine the position and direction of the template.
3. Standing formwork: The formwork is installed standing according to the marked position, and the support system around the formwork needs to be firmly and stable during installation to avoid deformation or movement of the formwork.
4. Reinforcement implementation: According to the requirements of the foundation design drawings, the reinforcement is placed in the formwork, and the preset binding is carried out according to the reinforcement production equipment. At the same time, the longitudinal connection and suspension of the reinforcement should be carried out.
5. Canalization system: Construct a canalization system to ensure that the cement slurry flows evenly to all corners of the formwork and inside the steel bar.
6. Filling concrete: In the case of appropriate concrete ratio, use a concrete pump to pour concrete into the channel system that has been built, and properly vibrate and fill.
7. Concrete trowel: When the strength of the concrete reaches the expectation, the automation equipment (swing boom crane or concrete pump) is used to smooth the concrete.
8. Remove the formwork: When the strength of the concrete reaches a certain level (usually 72 hours), the formwork is dismantled.
9. Maintenance and cleaning: remove the residue of the formwork, and carry out the cutting, trimming, grinding and cleaning of the steel bar.
