1 range. This document specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, instruction manuals, on-board documents, transportation and storage of sprinkler trucks.
This document is applicable to the use of stereotyped Class II automobile chassis modified wine trucks, sprinkler semi-trailers with reference to the implementation.

3Terms and Definitions.
GB T17350 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
Tank capacity
At room temperature, the maximum volume of water that a water tank (tank) can hold.
Widthofwater flushing
The width between the two sides of the continuous watermark formed when the water pump of the wine truck is at the rated speed, and when it is driving in a straight line and the road surface is washed in a single way.
Width ofwater sprinkling
The width between the two sides of the continuous watermark formed by the sprinkler pump at the rated speed, when driving in a straight line and working on a one-way road surface.
Volume of water sprinkling
The amount of water sprayed per unit area when the water pump of the wine truck is at the rated speed, and when driving in a straight line and one-way road surface wine operation.
Water Cannon Range
The sprinkler pump is at the rated speed for remote water cannon operation, and the maximum horizontal distance between the water drop point and the water cannon nozzle mouth.
Suction depth
During the normal suction operation of the wine truck, the maximum vertical distance between the horizontal ground pressed by the wheels of the sprinkler truck and the liquid level of the inhaled medium.
Work platform
A platform for operator work.
4 Requirements. 4.1 General Requirements.
4.1.1. The outer surface of the sprinkler should be smooth and smooth, and the exposed ferrous metal surface should be treated with anti-rust, and the provisions of QC T484 should be met when the paint coating is used, and the provisions of 0C T625 should be met when the coating and chemical treatment layer are used.
4.1.2. The welding quality should be in accordance with the provisions of JB T 5943.
4.1.3. The couplings and fasteners of the wine truck are connected reliably and must not be loosened.
4.1.4. Oil, gas, water and electrical circuits are clamped firmly, and the pipelines should not rub or interfere with moving parts, and keep a safe distance from high-temperature parts of the engine.
4.1.5. There should be an intuitive operation mark at the operation button or handle, and the operation mark and safety mark should be clear and complete, and fixed in the corresponding obvious part.
4.1.6. The basic parameters of the wine truck shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 1.
4.1.9 During the sprinkling operation, the water sprayed by the nozzle is a uniform fan-shaped surface, and there should be no strips or water flow. 4.1.10. The operation reliability test time of the wine truck is 150h, the operation time before the first failure should not be less than 100h, the average trouble-free time should not be less than 50h, and the reliability should not be less than 94%.
4.2 Safety Requirements.
4.2.1. The safety requirements of the wine truck shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB7258.
4.2.2. The outer dimensions, axle load and mass limits of the wine truck shall comply with the provisions of GB1589.
4.2.3. The wine truck should be installed at the rear or top of the vehicle to indicate the operation status of the lamp, and the indicator lamp should meet the following requirements:
a) Flashing in the working state;
b) The color of the light is yellow, and its color coordinates should conform to GB13954-2009 in 56 requirements;
c) The luminous intensity should be in accordance with GB13954-2009 in 57. Specified secondary luminous intensity requirements;
d) The number of lamps and lanterns shall not exceed 4.
4.2.4. The safety warning signs are clear and complete, and fixed in the corresponding obvious parts.
4.2.5. The pure electric wine truck shall comply with the provisions of QC T1087.
4.3. Environmental protection requirements.
4.3.1. The noise outside the car should comply with the provisions of GB1495, 43.2. The operating noise of the drinking truck should not be greater than 85db(a).
4.3.3. The operating fuel consumption should meet the product design requirements.
4.4 Special devices.
4.4.1 Water Tank (Tank) 44.1.1. The water tank (tank) should be free of leakage, and the water tank (tank) with a volume greater than 3m* should be equipped with a wave-proof device.
4.4.1.2. The water tank (box) should be provided with a manhole, and the size of the manhole shall not be less than 500mm in either direction. Handrails or escalators should be set near the manhole, the hole cover should be sealed and locked, and safety guardrails should be set on both sides of the top of the tank (box).
4.4.1.3. The water tank (tank) should be equipped with an overflow device, a liquid level display device, and a low water level alarm device.
4.4.1.4. The inner surface of the water tank (tank) should be treated with anti-corrosion treatment or anti-corrosion material.
4.4.2 Waterway system.
4.4.2.1. The waterway system should be free of leakage, and a water discharge device should be installed.
4.4.2.2. The pipeline and valve are installed firmly, sealed well, and there is no leakage.
4.4.2.3. The water pump runs smoothly without abnormal noise.
4.4.2.4. The lowest part of the pump body should be provided with a drain valve or a drain screw plug.
4.4.2.5. There should be a filtration device at the inlet of the water pump, and the filtration device should be easy to clean.
4.4.3 Operating platform.
4.4.3.1. The working platform should have anti-skid measures.
4.4.3.2. The working platform should be equipped with safety protection devices, and the safety protection devices should be locked reliably.
5. Test method.
5.1. Appearance, assembly and welding quality test: The welding quality shall be tested according to the provisions of JB T5943, the quality of paint coating shall be tested according to the provisions of OC T484, the coating layer and chemical treatment layer shall be tested according to the provisions of QC T625, and other appearance assembly quality inspections shall be carried out visually.
5.2 Electric vehicle performance test.
The electric vehicle related performance test of the pure electric drinking vehicle shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of OCT1087, 53. Special performance test.
5.3.1 Test preparation.
5.3.1.1. The structure of the test sample vehicle is complete, the equipment is neat, and it meets the requirements of the product drawing design.
5.3.1.2. The actions and performance of the test sample car are qualified, and the running-in period is completed according to the relevant documents of the car, and the grinding of the working organization is not less than 20 cycles. Each cycle includes road washing, sprinkling, remote water cannon operations, and more.
5.3.1.3 The accuracy of the flow meter is 1%.
5.3.1.4 The accuracy of a truck scale or wheel load gauge is 05%。
5.3.2. Measurement of the volume of the water tank (tank).
Fill the water tank (tank) with clean water until it overflows, weigh the mass of the wine truck before and after adding water, and calculate the volume of the water tank (box) according to formula (1).
6. Inspection rules.
6.1 Inspection items.
The inspection of the wine truck is divided into factory inspection and type inspection, and the inspection items are shown in Table 2
6.2. Factory inspection.
The manufacturer shall carry out a factory inspection of each liquor truck according to the items specified in Table 2, and the inspection shall be qualified and accompanied by a product quality certificate before leaving the factory.
6.3 Type Inspection.
6.3.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following cases:
a) When new products or old products are transferred to the factory for production trial molding;
b. When production resumes after 3 years of discontinuation;
After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials and processes, which may affect product quality and performance: c
When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection and the final inspection. d )
Type inspection, such as 63.1. a), b) and other situations, should be in accordance with the content of Chapter 4 and the relevant provisions of the state and industry into 63.2-line inspection; If it falls under 63.1 c) and d) in both cases, only the affected items can be inspected.
7. Logo, instruction manual.
7.1 Logo.
The sprinkler truck should fix the product sign in the obvious part, and the fixation, position and type of the sign should comply with the provisions of GB T18411, and the content of the sign should comply with the provisions of GB7258.
7.2 Instruction Manual.
The preparation of the instruction manual shall comply with the provisions of GB T9969 and GB7258; In the instruction manual, the function and action symbols shall comply with the provisions of GB T31012, and its content shall include the following parts:
a) Product model and name;
b) the name and detailed address of the manufacturer;
c) the main use and scope of application of the product;
d) technical characteristics;
e) Structural characteristics and working principle:
f) Use and Operation:
g) Maintenance & Maintenance:
h) Fault analysis and troubleshooting.
8 On-board documentation, transportation and storage.
8.1. On-board documents.
The documents accompanying the liquor truck shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
a) product certificate and chassis certificate;
b) Instruction manual;
c) List of spare parts and accessories on board.
8.2 Transportation.
When the wine truck is transported by railway, highway or waterway, it should be self-driving or towed to get on and off the car (ship), if the hoisting method is used for loading and unloading, a special spreader is required to prevent damage to the product.
8.3 Storage.
When the sprinkler is stored for a long time, it should be rinsed, cut off the power supply, locked the doors and windows, and should be parked in a dry and ventilated place. During the storage period and the storage site, measures and equipment such as waterproof, fireproof, anti-freezing and anti-rust should be taken and equipped, and regular inspections should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the product manual.

Fault classification and statistics.
a.1. Fault classification.
According to the nature of the failure of the liquor truck and the degree of harm caused, it is divided into a type of failure, a class of two faults, a type of fault of three types and four types of faults, the content of which is shown in Table A1。
a.2. Fault statistics.
a.2.1 Simultaneous failures of the same mechanism are treated as only one failure, and the fault category is determined according to the severity of the failure.
a.2.2. Another failure of the same component that occurs during the troubleshooting period is considered to be a failure together with the fault being eliminated, and is not counted separately, but should be determined by the most serious type of failure.
a.2.3. The failure caused by the accident (not caused by the quality problem of the wine truck itself) shall not be treated as a wine truck failure, but shall be recorded in detail.
a.2.4. During the test, the faults that can be eliminated without stopping or a little treatment (such as loose fasteners of non-main components, etc.) will not be troubled.
a.2.5. Replace wearing parts and normal maintenance according to the routine maintenance system, and do not deal with faults.
a.3 Calculation of the number of equivalent failures.
The number of equivalent failures refers to the sum of the number of various faults that occur according to the hazard coefficient in the reliability test process, according to the formula (a1) Statistics.
