250 g whipping cream.

2 gelatin sheets.

100 g milk.

50 g sugar. 2 egg yolks.

Lemon juice of 1 lemon.

A few drops of vanilla extract.

1.Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water until soft.

2.Add the milk and sugar to the pan and heat until lukewarm, do not bring to a boil.
