Yang Huade, male, 57 years old, works in the Agriculture and Rural Bureau of Weiyuan County, Sichuan Province, as an agricultural technology extension researcher. He is the head of the China-Aided Burundi Senior Agricultural Expert Group, which has made significant contributions to improving the country's agricultural production and solving food security problems since 2015 by promoting hybrid rice cultivation technology in Burundi.
Personal Experience:
In 2015, rice farming skills were taught to local people in Mozambique.
At the end of 2015, he was introduced by the staff of the International Exchange Service Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs to assist Burundi and served as the leader of the expert group.
