1. Yundi, Hangzhou.
The project is located between Huanglong CBD and Future Science and Technology City, Jiangcun District, West Lake District, and the core area of Hangzhou. As an upgraded property from Greentown Development, the project introduces the concept of "Total Design & Construction", which aims to create an ideal working environment, thus leading the trend of office design. The project has a modernist style. The combination of glass curtain wall and partial aluminum panels makes the office building bright, clean, magnificent and exquisite. Smooth lines and function-oriented, simple forms create a noble and modern architectural image.
Hudson Yards.
Encompassing an entire block, 50 Hudson Yards is a unique tower in New York that sits within the city grid. The building contains nearly 3 million square feet of flexible office space, retail facilities, and new ground-level public goods. The building serves as a gateway to New York's vibrant New Hudson Yards neighborhood, providing a direct underground connection to adjacent subway stations. The LEED Gold-designed tower is an integral part of the Hudson Yards district, giving back to the city with new shops, restaurants, bike parking, and street transportation links. Its lively public entrance hall is made up of two large-scale artworks by Frank Stella, which celebrate the city's creative heritage and draw people into the building.
3. Hong'anli Demonstration Zone.
The project is a demonstration area of the Honganli Urban Renewal Project, located in Lot 17 of Hongkou District, which carries the memory of old Shanghai. After two years of research and the development of a historic preservation plan, the design team developed a 785-page plan to preserve the historic land through conservation, restoration, renovation, renewal, and reconstruction interventions, rather than demolishing it, to maximize its original appearance. The design creates a new style of Lilong ("Lilong" is a neighborhood lined with houses in old Shanghai). It contains memories and imaginations of old Shanghai, and at dusk, every household is filled with a lively atmosphere. It offers a glimpse into old Shanghai through stone doors and gable components, and allows future occupants to chat with neighbors and family in the communal garden.
