In order to fully ensure the night connection needs of passengers at key stations, according to the arrival and departure of passengers at railway and civil aviation, from February 15 to 18, the transportation department took a number of measures to ensure that passengers arriving at night connected to urban transportation.

The municipal transportation department will dynamically study and judge the arrival of passengers at airports and railway stations, and adjust the delay measures in a timely manner.
From February 15th to 19th, the ground bus continued to increase the delivery of capacity, especially for the 5 key daily lines that start through the railway station to add 60 buses during peak hours, 14 lines to reserve 45 trains, 3 key daytime lines to delay the operation, 2 key night lines to adjust the departure station, timely opening of 4 high-speed rail lines and 1 holiday line, strengthen the railway station connection service, convenient for the majority of passengers returning to Beijing.
The municipal transportation department organized taxi cruise enterprises and 18 party member fleet drivers to participate in the continuous transportation guarantee of the Spring Festival transportation and "checkpoint" at important stations. At the same time, it coordinated with key online car-hailing to establish a Spring Festival transportation support fleet, arranged more than 700 online car-hailing vehicles to provide special support for "seven stations and two venues" for connection transportation, and released the best information of flights and passenger volume to the online car-hailing platform in advance, and coordinated the platform to give priority to the airport and railway station.
The airport bus adjusts the station settings according to the travel needs of passengers, reserves mobile capacity, and does a good job in ensuring the transportation of the airport. Passengers at Beijing Capital Airport can use the "Beijing Capital International Airport" mini program to check the navigation, frequency, and waiting time** of taxis, ride-hailing, subways, and airport buses, and have a one-click ticket purchase function. The maximum waiting time for passengers before 2:00 on the night route of Daxing Airport Bus is no more than 30 minutes, so that "the passenger will depart immediately and make up the shift at any time".
During the peak period of the return trip of the Spring Festival, the waiting time for taxis in the railway station and airport area is long, so it is recommended that passengers choose public transportation such as buses and subways as much as possible.
The measures for delayed operation of rail transit at key stations are as follows:
1. Beijing Chaoyang Station.
Rail transit: From February 15th to 18th, Line 14 will extend its operating hours by 1 hour.
Ground bus: First, 60 additional vehicles will be allocated to 5 starting lines, and 20 vehicles will be prepared at the remote end. From 23 o'clock to 2 o'clock the next day from February 15 (the sixth day of the first lunar month) to February 18 (the ninth day of the first lunar month), two high-speed rail special lines from Beijing South Railway Station to Gongzhufen and Guomao will be opened in the North Square of Beijing South Railway Station, each line will be equipped with 3 cars, providing passengers with a variety of travel modes.
3. Beijing Fengtai Station.
