In order to strengthen the road traffic safety management during the construction of the G15 Shenhai Expressway (Nancun to Qingdao Rizhao Boundary Section) reconstruction and expansion project, make every effort to prevent road traffic accidents and protect the safety of people's lives and property, according to the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", "Shandong Provincial Expressway Traffic Safety Regulations" and other laws and regulations, Qingdao Expressway Group Huangdao Management Office, Jiaozhou Management Office, Pingdu Management Office, Qingdao Municipal Public Security Bureau Traffic Police Detachment and Three Expressway Brigades, The Weilai Expressway Brigade has decided to implement traffic control on the section between Nancun and Qingdao Rizhao on the G15 Shenhai Expressway from 9 o'clock on March 1, 2024. The specific control measures are announced as follows:
1. Traffic control time.
From 9 a.m. on March 1, 2024 to 9 a.m. on December 31, 2024, Yantai (Laixi) will be closed. During the period, from 9 a.m. on March 15, 2024 to 9 a.m. on March 17, 2024, Yantai (Laixi) and Rizhao will be closed.
2. Scope of traffic control.
G15 Shenhai Expressway Nancun Hub Interchange (G2011 Qingxin Expressway) to Qingdao Rizhao Boundary Section (K566+564-K698+014).
3. Access management.
1) From 9 a.m. on March 1, 2024 to 9 a.m. on December 31, 2024, the Nancun Hub Interchange of Shenhai Expressway (G2011 Qingxin Expressway) to the Rizhao Junction of Qingdao will be one-way traffic in the direction of Rizhao, and the direction of Yantai will be closed, and the traffic control of the corresponding main line, ramps, toll stations and service areas will be as follows:
Main line: Due to the closure of the main line Yantai direction (downward direction) of the section between the Nancun hub interchange of Shenhai Expressway and the junction of Rizhao in Qingdao, all vehicles heading to Yantai are prohibited from passing; The main line of this section leads to the direction of Rizhao (upward direction) to maintain the original two-lane traffic, the maximum speed limit is adjusted from 100km h to 80km h, and overrun transport vehicles are prohibited from passing; Due to the needs of construction and maintenance, if some sections need to be passed by road, follow the traffic sign markings.
Hub Interchange: Madian Hub Interchange (G20 Qingyin Expressway), Sanlihe Hub Interchange (S24 Qingshang Expressway), Huangdao North Hub Interchange (G22 Qinglan Expressway), Huangdao West Hub Interchange (S7602 Shugang No. 2 Expressway), Dongjiakou Hub Interchange (S30 Dongliang Expressway), Boli Hub Interchange (S21 Mingdong Expressway) to Laixi, Yantai direction ramp closed. At that time, vehicles driving to G15 Shenhai Expressway in the direction of Laixi and Yantai through the above hub interchange will not be able to pass.
Toll stations: Nancun Toll Station Yantai direction, Jiaozhou Toll Station Yantai direction, Jiulong Toll Station Yantai direction, Wangtai Toll Station Yantai direction, Dachang Toll Station Yantai direction ramp closed; The Tieshan toll station is closed in both directions.
Service area: Jiaozhou service area Yantai direction is suspended, Rizhao direction is open normally; The service in the Yantai direction of the Huangdao service area is suspended, and the Rizhao direction is open normally.
2) From 9 a.m. on March 15, 2024 to 9 a.m. on March 17, 2024, the section between the Nancun hub interchange of Shenhai Expressway and the junction of Rizhao Junction of Qingdao will be closed in both directions, and the traffic control of the hub interchange ramps, toll stations, and service areas is as follows:
Hub Interchange: Madian Hub Interchange (G20 Qingyin Expressway), Sanlihe Hub Interchange (S24 Qingshang Expressway), Huangdao North Hub Interchange (G22 Qinglan Expressway), Huangdao West Hub (S7602 Shugang No. 2 Expressway), Dongjiakou Hub Interchange (S30 Dongliang Expressway), Boli Hub Interchange (S21 Mingdong Expressway) to G15 Shenhai Expressway ramps are all closed. Service area: Jiaozhou service area (two-way) and Huangdao service area (two-way) are suspended.
4. Other matters.
1.The traffic management department of the public security organ will punish the drivers and related transport enterprises who violate the traffic control regulations in accordance with the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Shandong Provincial Highway Traffic Safety Regulations" and other laws and regulations.
2.Vehicles transporting petrochemical oil and gas for the service area shall enter and exit the G15 Shenhai Expressway from the nearby toll station after being approved by the highway traffic management department of the public security organ of the destination.
3.If traffic control measures need to be further adjusted due to construction activities, relevant notices or information will be issued separately.
4.Drivers and transportation companies are requested to properly adjust their travel plans and routes, and it is recommended to choose, AutoNavi, Tencent and other navigation and guide traffic, and obey the command of on-site management personnel. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
