At the end of 2017, the Baogang No. 4 Village Neighborhood Committee of Youyi Road Street, Baoshan District, built a new plastic track about 300 meters long in the Xiaolin Fitness Venue on the north side of the Xiangyang River to meet the sports and fitness needs of residents in the community. However, due to the dense greenery around the small trail, the sunlight is blocked all year round, and the water on the runway volatilizes slowly, breeding a lot of moss, resulting in the slippery trail, and there are serious safety hazards for residents' fitness and exercise. In the early stage, during the "400" visit, some residents reported that they almost slipped while walking on the small trail.

The general party branch of Baosteel No. 4 Village Residential Area took the lead, organized the neighborhood committee, the business committee, and the property to hold a four-party joint meeting to study and solve the problem of slippery small trails, and conducted in-depth on-site research many times, and finally decided to transform the small trails as soon as possible, from the original plastic runway to non-skid granite.
After the design plan was determined, at the beginning of October last year, a consultation was issued to all owners on the renewal of the pavement of Hebei Xiaobu. According to the statistics, a total of 1,703 consultation sheets were issued, and 1,231 votes were recovered, of which 1,107 agreed, 23 abstained, and 101 disagreed.
In order to prevent potential safety hazards for residents to exercise nearby during the renovation of the small trail, warm reminders have been set up at the same time.
