All Dalian citizens can enjoy free admission to the state-owned A-level tourist attractions participating in the free tour activities of the scenic spot with their resident ID card on their birthday (except for non-state-owned venues in the scenic spot), and the birthday is based on the information on the ID card, not the lunar calendar; Tickets for one person (limited to household registration in Dalian) are half price. All Dalian citizens should bring their resident ID cards to participate in the free tour of the non-state-owned A-level scenic spots on their birthdays, and the free items and scope shall be determined by the relevant scenic spots.
