In order to strengthen the organization and leadership of emergency response to emergencies (accidents), the headquarters set up an emergency plan leading group to organize and direct the rescue and rescue work of major emergencies (accidents), and the management department should set up corresponding organizations to ensure that the rescue and rescue work responds quickly, is organized in an orderly manner, and has outstanding results.
