Fourth, process performance

NS314 alloy has good casting properties and processing properties, and can be used for various hot and cold working. During machining, overheating and hammering should be avoided to prevent damage to the alloy surface.

Fifth, metallographic structure

NS314 alloy is an austenitic metal with a face-centered cubic lattice structure. Its microstructure is austenite, and carbides and intermetallic compounds are distributed on the matrix.

6. Corrosion resistance

NS314 alloy has excellent corrosion resistance, and has good corrosion resistance to oxidizing acids (such as nitric acid and sulfuric acid) and reducing acids (such as hydrochloric acid).
