3. Mechanical properties
1.Tensile strength: b 650MPa;
2.Yield strength: b 320mpa;
3.Elongation: δ 25;
4.Impact power: 75j;
5.Hardness: 187HBW.
Fourth, process performance
NS314 alloy has good casting properties and processing properties, and can be used for various hot and cold working. During machining, overheating and hammering should be avoided to prevent damage to the alloy surface.
Fifth, metallographic structure
NS314 alloy is an austenitic metal with a face-centered cubic lattice structure. Its microstructure is austenite, and carbides and intermetallic compounds are distributed on the matrix.
6. Corrosion resistance
NS314 alloy has excellent corrosion resistance, and has good corrosion resistance to oxidizing acids (such as nitric acid and sulfuric acid) and reducing acids (such as hydrochloric acid). In addition, the alloy has good resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion, and performs well in various corrosive environments.
7. Analysis of form and application
1.Steel plate: NS314 steel plate has good formability and weldability, and can be applied to pipes and structural parts of various shapes. During use, care should be taken to avoid use in strong impact and high temperature environments.
2.Round bar: NS314 round bar can be used to manufacture various shafts, gears and other mechanical parts. During use, the heat treatment process should be controlled to avoid coarse grains.
3.Forged rods and forged rings: NS314 forged rods and forged rings have high strength and corrosion resistance, and can be used to manufacture pressure vessels, heat exchangers and other equipment. During use, care should be taken to avoid overheating and hammering to prevent surface damage.
4.Wire: NS314 alloy wire can be used to make springs, fasteners and other parts. During use, the cold working process should be controlled to avoid brittle fracture.
5.Seamless and welded pipes: NS314 seamless pipes can be used to manufacture piping systems in chemical, marine engineering and other fields. Welded pipes can be used to convey a variety of media with high corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. During use, care should be taken to avoid strong stretching and bending to prevent cracks and deformation of the steel pipe.
8. Precautions for use
1.In the process of using NS314, the heat treatment process should be strictly controlled to avoid coarse grains;
2.When used in a corrosive environment, the surface condition should be checked regularly and the corroded parts should be treated in time;
3.The use of NS314 in high-temperature, high-impact environments should be avoided;
4.In the welding process, a reasonable welding process should be used to avoid grain roughening in the heat-affected zone;
5.Appropriate coating materials should be selected to protect NS314 alloy to prolong its service life.
