Yesterday (January 10), Guangzhou Metro announced the civil construction progress of the new line under construction as of the end of last year. Among them,The progress of the east extension of Line 3 and Line 11 has exceeded 95%, and its completion and opening to traffic this year is in sight；The progress of the second phase of Line 10, Line 12 and Line 13 has exceeded 75%, and it is not ruled out that some sections will be opened first.
On January 4, the first train of Metro Line 11 was unveiled.
Line 12 Chatou Depot
The cover works are all capped
Chatou Depot is located in the northwest corner of Chatou Station of Line 12, covering an area of about 2360,000 square meters. The depot is about 14 km. Through the unremitting efforts of all parties involved in the construction, the construction of the main structure was completed in just 9 months, and the goal of capping all the cover projects of the Chatou Depot was achieved as scheduled.
As of now,Line 12 (Xunfenggang - South of University Town).The civil works have been completed by 76%. Of the 25 stations, 17 have been topped out and 8 are under civil construction; Of the 24 sections, 16 have been penetrated, 6 are under civil construction, and the remaining 2 are being prepared for construction.
Civil construction was carried out at the Chatou depot and the entry and exit section line, the parking lot and the entrance and exit line in the south of the university town, and the mechanical and electrical construction began at Guanzhou, Ersha Island and other stations.

These two lines are likely to be completed and opened this year, but some stations may be delayed - for example, the Guangzhou railway station of Line 11 is still under construction - and the trains will "fly through the station".
This was followed by three lines with more than 75% progress in civil construction. In addition to the aboveLine 12and 82% progressLine 10 (Xilong - Shipai Bridge)., the progress is 77%.Phase II of Line 13 (Chaoyang-Yuzhu).。If the situation is optimistic, it is not ruled out that efforts will be made to open some sections to traffic first this year.
