Hao Qian Ten years, the footsteps of dreams

This is a story of dreams and struggles. When I was 15 years old, the regret of failing the high school entrance examination bothered me, but in the face of fate, I began to face it calmly. I came to Rizhao Health School and embarked on my nursing learning path.

In the first few years of my studies at the school, I continued to study as unhurriedly as before. It wasn't until the third year that I started my internship, and the theories in the textbooks really happened in front of me. In the face of illness and health troubles, I became aware of the helplessness of human beings. No matter how advanced technology is and how advanced the means are, they are always limited. However, the warmth and care that caregivers give to patients is limitless, and this is what nursing is all about.

In order to better cope with the challenges in clinical practice, I decided to further broaden my professional horizons and knowledge reserve through "upgrading to a bachelor's degree". Despite my busy daytime at the hospital, I still find time to read professional books, review patients' medical records, and participate in ward roundsIn the evening, I insisted on memorizing words and doing questions, trying to improve my professional level.

In the year before I graduated, I realized the preciousness of time and started to make monthly, weekly, and daily plans and stick to them. I value waking up early to read, waking up an hour early in the morning to practice speaking, memorizing words, and organizing my thoughts. I set my learning goals for each week, and planned my time for coursework, homework, and revision to ensure that my learning was in an orderly manner. In addition, the weekly program also arranged time to participate in extracurricular activities and club organizations, which enriched my experience. I make a list of specific daily study tasks, activity schedules and personal time, and plan my time reasonably every day to improve my learning efficiency and balance the relationship between study and life. During this time, I really felt the joy of learning and the joy of growth.

Those who persist in working hard will eventually succeed, and I finally achieved my goal and successfully passed the "college upgrade" exam and was admitted to Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The time in college is fulfilling and wonderful. I actively participated in various activities and enriched my campus experience. In my studies, I not only devoted myself to learning professional knowledge, but also actively broadened my horizons, participated in various cultural activities, and cultivated hobbies. When I entered university, I made up my mind to go to graduate school because I wanted to explore the unknown and see the wider world. During my graduate studies, I gained a deeper understanding of the profession of nursing and witnessed the great power of nursing. By working part-time to earn tuition, I have learned to be independent and responsible, and I have a better understanding of how hard it comes to getting a penny. Learning and communicating with excellent seniors has benefited me a lot and I understand the direction and goal of my efforts. At the same time, I also met many like-minded classmates, whose courage and enterprising spirit inspired me to constantly surpass myself.

These 10 years of struggle are like a wonderful picture, showing my persistent pursuit of dreams and determination to keep moving forward.

After graduating, I returned to Rizhao Health School and changed to a career of "I will be you when I grow up". As a young teacher, I will uphold my love and sense of responsibility for education, and devote myself to the growth of students and the development of society.

The 10-year journey has made me understand a truth: dreams need to be realized with steps. Whether it is from ignorance at the age of 15 to precipitation at the age of 25, or from being admitted to university to graduate school, I have gained valuable experience and growth along the way. I believe that as long as we persist in pursuing our dreams and work hard, we can create our own wonderful life.
