Many people are faced with the problem of not having access to the archives of their new workplace due to job changes, and want to transfer their files to the Talent Center, but the process is not clear. Here's how it works.
How to store your profile in the Talent Marketplace:
For recent graduates, you can directly request the school to transfer your student profile to the job market in your place of residence.
For those who are already employed, if your employer has file management privileges, you can store your files in your employer; If the organization does not have this permission, you can contact the talent center for storage.
If you are unemployed or freelance, you can also contact the Talent Center in your place of residence to store your profile here.
For those who leave a state-owned enterprise, your previous file will no longer be kept for you after you leave the company, because your previous file is stored in the employer. At this point, you will also need to transfer your files to the Talent Center.
The specific process of storing the file in the talent center is as follows:
First of all, you need to consult with the staff of the local talent center to understand the specific requirements and required materials for issuing a transfer letter.
Prepare the relevant materials and go to the Talent Center to apply for a file adjustment letter.
Follow the procedures of the Talent Center to go through the file adjustment procedures. After being reviewed by the staff, you will receive a file adjustment letter stamped with the official seal of the talent center.
Bring the file transfer letter and other materials to the original file storage place and hand them over to the file management staff.
After receiving the transfer letter, the staff of the original archiving unit will review the relevant materials and organize the files according to the requirements, and then go through the file transfer procedures within the specified time.
When the file is transferred to the local talent center, you need to bring your ID card, graduation certificate and other materials to the talent center to sign the agreement and issue an archiving certificate.
Please note that if the file is left in your possession for a long time, it may become "dead". If you have any questions about file processing, please leave a message in the comment area, and we will answer them as soon as possible.
