In accordance with the unified deployment of the province and city, from now until the end of December 2024, carry out the "Sword Protecting the Thunder Action" to punish violations and crimes against minors throughout the city, and always maintain "zero tolerance" and "zero slackness" for violations and crimes that harm minors, persist in investigating cases and punishing those who are guilty, and crack down strictly and severely in accordance with law. II. Criminal suspects who commit illegal or criminal acts that harm minors should have a clear understanding of the situation, turn themselves in as soon as possible, and strive for leniency; Those who continue to carry out illegal and criminal acts that harm minors will be severely punished in accordance with law. III. Encourage active reporting of illegal and criminal activities that harm minors, and provide leads on violations and crimes. Where units and relevant personnel who harbor or harbor or harbor offenders who harm minors, help criminals destroy or fabricate evidence, or have mandatory reporting obligations and relevant personnel fail to perform mandatory reporting duties, and a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility is to be pursued in accordance with law; where a crime has not yet been constituted, corresponding punishments are to be given in accordance with law.
