Xchanger offers finned tube and finned plate heat exchanger surfaces in aluminum, copper, carbon steel, stainless steel and high-performance alloys. 1.AA series heat exchangers
AA Series heat exchangers use ambient air to cool low-pressure airflow. These compact air-cooled units have lower operating costs than heat exchangers that require a cooling water system. They feature a TEFC 230 460 VAC 3-phase motor, a heavy-duty cooling fan, and an OSHA-certified fan guard. Both the exhaust hood and venturi frame are galvanized steel. AA series heat exchangers are commonly used in aftercooling roots (rotating vanes) and multistage centrifugal blowers for pneumatic conveying, biogas, coalbed methane and wastewater aeration systems.
2.BG series heat exchanger
The BG series heat exchangers cool and dehumidify the biogas streams commonly found in landfills and digesters. The BG series has a modular design that allows for easy modification of standard designs for customized installations. The BG series heat exchangers are commonly used for post-cooling, dehumidification and heating of gases conveyed by rotary lobe and multistage centrifuges.
3.C series heat exchanger
C-Series heat exchangers are used to heat and cool low-pressure gas streams. The C-Series has a modular design that allows for easy modification of standard designs for customized installations. C-Series heat exchangers are commonly used for post-cooling, dehumidifying and heating air delivered by rotary lobe and multi-stage centrifugal blowers used in pneumatic conveying, air separation and printing systems.
4.D-series heat exchangers
D-Series heat exchangers are used for heating, cooling, dehumidifying and filtering low-pressure gas streams. The D-Series is designed for dairy applications and is available with an optional HEPA filter and fully coated insulation. D-Series heat exchangers are commonly used for blower pre-cooling, dehumidification, after-cooling and heating in pneumatic conveying processes for dairy products.
5.HP series heat exchanger
HP Series heat exchangers heat and cool pressurized gas streams at pressures up to 100 psig. HP Series heat exchangers are commonly used for post-cooling, dehumidifying and heating compressor air in pneumatic conveying, air separation, and charge air systems.
6.LC series heat exchanger
The LC series heat exchangers are designed for cooling liquids or high-pressure air with ambient air. The LC series heat exchangers are equipped with TEFC 230 460 VAC three-phase motors, heavy-duty cooling fans and OSHA-certified fan guards. LC series heat exchangers are commonly used to cool process glycol or water as a clean alternative to small cooling towers, cooling compressed air and condensing chemicals for high-pressure gas mixtures.
